Dirty sofa in lounge area .. we put blanket on to sit.. cabin not cleaned properly & my son found old corn chips under bunk .. urgh! Cleaners complaining in cabin nxt door to me bout other cleaners not cleaning properly & office staff speaking rude & condescending (I believe as was my experience too)I was on varander having morning coffee..not really relaxing to listen to.. tho I empathised

Great cabin. Great spot in the caravan park clean pool
Only complaint was we paid for 3 people ( 3rd person was an extra $30 on top of the total cost yet we only got 2 towels and 3rd bed had no bedding . Tv wasn't working

Our first time visiting Lani’s Island and it was wonderful from the Cabana we stayed in, the beautiful over look of the water, hired the push buggies for myself and the kids such a fun ride, the pools were clean and refreshing. The only feedback I would give would be the games room as was very outdated. But overall a wonderful stay and will defiantly be back again!

It was horrible it wasn't the hut that i booked l had to pay extra to up grade the shower seriously. It was suppose to be 5 minutes to shower it wasn't even a five minute shower there was no bed linen no towels the blind didn't cover the front door propley the front door was hard to lock I will not be reckoned this establishment to anyone
