The room was clean and cleaned every day staff pleasent and efficient great location very nice hotel

Good location and easy walk to main sights. You can get breakfast of rolls etc in adjacent coffee shop however 1 minute walk away is a lovely restaurant which does an excellent warm breakfast called Anaya. There is no ramp to enter or exit the hotel therefore we did struggle to carry our cases up the stairs upon arrival therefore I would say this hotel isn’t very suitable for people with accessibility issues. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel is very good especially the public spaces however our in our room the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned or the bathroom bin emptied until we asked for it to be done. The room also wasn’t hovered during our 5 night stay however due to the room being very small as we booked a small twin on hindsight we should of booked a family room this may of been due to the lack of access to the floor with two large suitcases filling up the room and having to live out of them as very limited space to store the cases or hang up your clothes. For a 1 to 2 night stay this hotel is great however for longer stay the smaller rooms for two people with 2 large suitcases isn’t ideal. Would I stay again yes however would book a family room for that little extra space.

Excellent location. The room was quite small but quiet. The single beds are narrow but full length and very comfortable.

Pensione Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Murray Street Mall and Hay Street Mall. Just a short walk to bus stops as well as the train station. Friendly helpful staff.

Room was very small. It was clean and the bed comfortable but we could hear running water from above and beside us all night long.

I really needed that! Room was nice, bed was comfortable and very central. Staff were nice and everything went smoothly :)

Hotel is dated and feels neglected. Bathroom was not clean and had hair from previous guest. Room had a smell of bathroom. It was an okay stay for night but would not stay again. Also on Expedia there was suppose to be a welcome drink that was not offered at check in. I had to go back and ask. The outside of the hotel is a bit rough at night.

Hotel was conveniently located and comfortable enough for a one night stay - only downside was that shower leaked in the bathroom but we were able to get extra towels from reception to mop up the water.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Shower was a problem as it sounded like an aeroplane taking off when the taps were turned on. Wifi was a bit slow but overall the hotel was good

Room fantastic for being a petite room, excellent size for one or two travellers when you aren’t staying in the room or if it’s a brief stay. Was able to leave luggage as well.
