Staff was at the desk to greet us, we did a pre check in that was supplied by email, so easy! Our room was better than expected and very clean thank you! Cold night so we switched the air con on to a moderate but comfortable temperature, awesome!

Very warm for a winter stay. Great in-room facilities. Some of the appliances like the dryer and dishwasher need some maintenance, but good enough for a quick stay. Helpful to have off street parking. Walking distance to Metro.

Near the highway, noisy most the time and you can hear traffic through the windows - take earplugs. Otherwise does the job. I'd probably book the Holiday Inn express if you prefer less noise.

We were asked to unzip the bed from a double to two single bed. Bedding were provided but we have to make beds ourself, the TV control and air conditioner not working too. Overall quite ok for a night. My brother says there is room for improvement，

Quiet location well located. Close enough to the train station but still a decent walk wish there was a path that created a shortcut. Biggest disappointment was no housekeeping on sundays. But overall good value for money convenient location friendly staff
