Tower rooms and other facilities are excellent but website is deceptive which books Wrest point inn which is written in very small letters. You have to upgrade at the desk.

My room was upgraded, and I thank to the hotel management. Breakfast was really nice but not the hot coffee or chocolate from the machine. Ideally, it should be freshly made and serve.

We had a lovely room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a harbour view. The room was very comfortable. However we do have some reservations about how the staff communicate with each other in an emergency situation. We were there when water was pouring from a sprinkler being set off and causing flooding on 2nd floor, reception area , the lift shafts and one emergency fire exit. Being pensioners we struggled to get cases down the emergency stairs and it was difficult to find help. There did not seem to be an emergency plan in place. We were shocked that a member of staff prioritised towel deliveries rather than allowing us in the service lift to evacuate the building

We stayed in a waterfront room to the side of the tower. The room was an older style but comfortable and the view was lovely...although a clean would be good...ours had bird poo across it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of open air carparks. We loved the restaurants and bars being on site but some are not open everyday.
