We booked deluxe twin mountain view room. The guest services staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Five Star customer service. Our room had a lovely mountain view, would have just liked a baggage stand. The buffet breakfast had plently of options and we loved that they cooked the eggs the way you like and fresh.

Staff were helpful . It should be noted this is an enormous complex and there are areas that do not adequately suit people with mobility issues . All of the seating is extremely low , some ramp access do not meet standards as inclines exceed the 1:14 gradient . Staff were helpful and friendly .

Hey i just want to tell you i had a terrible experience with you guys because ya never help me with any situation. How come i been loyal to you guys booking trip here and i did everything by the textbook cancel my reservation on time but still not get a refund from it. Ya wasted my time and made me lose money so whoever concerned in this matter just know ya did a terrible job and I will delete this app. Since ya can’t keep a client satisfied or help in any case anyway. It feels like all you guys care is about money not the people.

No lift in this area of the casino was a big surprise as I have stayed in other parts and even in the same building but last time we had a room on the 5 level and didn’t need lift as it was on level with the entrance. Very dated but quite and a really great price so we got help from staff and family to help with our cases to go to level 4 which is really a basement area but nice outlook to a garden. The toilet made strange gluub gluub notices when we used it but it didn’t block. Shower is over a bath but it had a grab handle and water pressure was great. Room was clean tv worked well nice size for room good value for money but I will ask for a ground floor room next time. Easy to catch bus into Hobart.
