The room was spotless, ready for us. Your reception staff are both friendly and courteous. They made us welcome and helped (with a map) to locate our room. I accidentally left my hearing aids in the room when we left, I realised that after about one hour, 'phoned reception. On returning to the Hotel, the receptionist collected the hearing aids, confirmed with me that they were mine and handed them to me; I am most grateful for the kind, considerate way this was handled, well done and thank you!

There was a dirty bath towel on the bathroom floor and no milk in the fridge when we checked in. We had to take the dirty towel to the cleaner who was outside who apologised. Reception did give us milk when we asked. It was a long walk from our room to reception, buffet breakfast every morning and other amenities.

Overall, I had a great stay. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that on the second last day, housekeeping left my door wide open after cleaning my room. Aside from that, everything was satisfactory.

Comfortable room with a good view, but I didn't realize this was a casino. It has a bunch of restaurants in the complex, but next time I'd probably stay closer to the things I want to see (Bonorong, Cape Raoul lookout, etc.) Don't like that they charge a delivery fee for bringing mediocre food to your room either. Staff was friendly though.
