We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example.

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).

Das Design der Toilette ist nur OK, wenn man alleine reist. Aber zu zweit geht das gar nicht mit der nicht ganz schließenden Glastür... Absonsten alles gut.
