Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff offered early check-in as our rooms were already cleaned and ready. Great view of a lovely my little town square area where music wafted up from street performers at nearby cafes.

The hotel itself was clean, nice and the staff were very helpful. Personally, I would not stay here again due to the area surrounding the hotel. There are a lot of options for sightseeing, shopping and dining in the immediate area which is phenomenal and why we booked this hotel to begin with. The downside is that the streets are littered with trash, homeless encampments and public drug use. The hotel is not responsible for this and if this is something you are comfortable with then the hotel is really nice. Our group felt very unsafe and immediately went back to the hotel bar patio after less than an hour of exploring.

The location is in the old town, just few minutes walk to the Brussels central train station, and to many attractions, museums, restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast was basic but enough to have something to start the day. Staff was helpful.

Room is tiny. Bed is tiny. Nothing provided in the room. Nothing. Never being in a hotel so stingy. Street is noisy. Sound proof effect is not good enough, you can hear the cars passing by on the street, even in mid-night. It is a very busy street.

Can't beat the location and the price, but the room was small. We had a sliver of a window and no air circulation (AC isn't on until later in the season). We did ask for a fan and the front desk did comply. Everyone who worked there was very nice.

Brussels central station is only 6 min walk , grand place was only 3 to 5 min walk . Lot of restaurants around the hotel . Gallery was only 2 min away . I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay very local to hotel and lots of brunch / dine in places to look into it .

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The hotel location was right in the center of things. It can be noisy at night but it didn’t go on too long. The shower soap was empty. A curtain had broken fasteners so Isaac was wonderful and tried to fix it. He comped me for breakfast which I really appreciated. I would stay here again!!

Clean rooms, unbeatable location near Grand Place and Centraal Station, and a helpful staff. Also, great value. We used this as a base to explore not only Brussels, but Bruges and Amsterdam via the trains.

Visiting Brussels on a family holiday (5 year old child), I picked this hotel primarily based on location - having been before I knew it was perfectly situated for exploring the city centre and minimising walking distance for my daughter. The other reason I opted for this hotel is due to it having air conditioning - I despise a warm room at night, so this is important to me. Unfortunately this is the reason I have given the hotel only 3 stars - whilst it does have air conditioning, it is centrally controlled, which might as well mean no air conditioning. It was only 23/24 degrees outside but the hotel room was like an oven, opening the window isn't an option because it's incredibly noisy at all times (live music, drunk tourists, traffic, delivery vans, etc), so I did not sleep well at all. This unfortunately seems to be something a lot of hotels are doing now in an effort to go 'green'... that's fine but they need to stop claiming to be air conditioned. I would probably have rated lower based on this alone but the staff were fantastic, especially those working in the bar/restaurant, and particularly when they were interacting with my daughter, they are a credit to the hotel. Another issue I had was with the windows in the room, from a safety perspective. The windows open fully and have no outer bars/guard rails, my 5 year old could quite easily open them and with the help of the stools easily lean out. Unfortunately I would not return to this hotel.
