Hotel Plaza Camboriú

The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people

The staff was very helpful and the location is ans value were wondeduk. My only comment is that the room i had booked was supposed to have one double bed and two twin beds and instead there was 2 double beds.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great.

Great place

There are some great things about this hotel, some mediocre things and some really bad things. The good: it’s well-updated in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are basic and plain but you have everything you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated. There are some great amenities such as the kids’ playroom, the game room, and the piano downstairs. The staff was helpful and kind. The bad: Elevators were a serious problem. The elevators are very small and it isn’t enough for the amount of people (and we visited in the off-season, in July). We were often waiting 20-30 minutes to get an elevator. Breakfast was chaotic. Not really a big enough dining room for everyone. One day we had to wait 20+ minutes in line just to get a table… and we had already waited 30 minutes for an elevator. That was a real headache. Valet parking was also a mess. On the day of our departure we requested the car in person at the reception desk. Waited 1.5 hours for our car to arrive in front of the hotel! We had a very long drive ahead of us and that was a very big problem. We were constantly asking the front desk when the car would arrive and we were told it was “almost there”… for an hour and a half. There is no excuse for that. The pool… lots of mold and gunk around the tiles on the sides of the pool, and on the surrounding walls and ceilings. The pool itself is old and they have just replaced the pool deck tiles. Felt gross. Also the water was not warm enough.

Tivemos uma experiencia muito boa. Atendimento excelente e compreensivo. Destaque para Sandro no café da manha. Perfeita localizacao. Ponto a melhorar: isolamento acustico nas janelas do quarto é ruim. Ponto negativo: muito dificil usar o elevador nos horarios de café da manha.

The only thing I didn't like was the street noise of cars and motorcycles. Nothing wrong with the property itself.

Wonderful stay! From the friendly front desk to the restaurant, everything was perfect! No complaint for nothing. All staff treated us smiling and happy! This is one of the best we had in our tours.

When I was checking inn I was told I had to pay $30 extra for parking and $120 more because my wife was with me. Don't stay here, find another hotel where they don't charge 2 stays for the same room. Crooks.

We like to stay here. The rooms are clean and updated. I think they just need to update the furniture in the lobby. The sofa in the back needs to be replaced. Also, the female receptionist needs to smile more and be a little nicer. I don't remember her name. The male receptionist otherwise were very nice. No complaints! Overall good stay! Also it's on block from the beach. Great breakfast!

The hotel is very well located but is out dated and very small elevators, there's no ac in the lobby, breakfast make you want to go somewhere else

Comfortable and clean medium class hotel. Just right for a quick stay at Balneario Camboriu. Brazilian breakfast buffet included. Parking valet service.

Excelente estrutura. Muito bem localizado. Bom café da manhã. Estacionamento pago a parte. Piscina estava interditada. Sinal do Wi-Fi deixou a desejar.

Chegamos cansados e, de primeira, disponibilizaram um quarto que não era o nosso, já tinham hóspedes, foi bem constrangedor… Pagamos estacionamento caríssimo pra ficar na rua, e, o pior, só ficamos sabemos, porque, logo após o checkin, esquecemos objetos, e perguntamos onde era a garagem, daí a recepção respondeu que o carro estava longe e que estava na rua,.. Uma dica, não ofereçam como serviço de estacionamento e sim serviço de manobristas… Outra, não tivemos ajuda com as malas… Enfim, a experiência não foi muito boa… Não posso ser injusto, o café é excelente…

As piscinas estavam em obra quando reservei a informação era que seriam liberadas no dia 14 de junho

Hotel excelente, equipe muito prestativa e atenciosa. Muito bem localizado, próximo a praia e pontos importantes de balneário.
