A recepção: excelente atendente. Conta com boa equipe de funcionários. O hotel está limpo. O restaurante, onde tomei café da manhã, é muito bom. O estacionamento é ótimo. Parabéns porque muitos hotéis ainda cobram caro pelo estacionamento. O café da manhã estava ótimo. O quarto que fiquei estava bem limpo, mas a equipe de administração precisaria realizar alguns reparos de pintura das paredes, principalmente a parede da janela que estava bem deteriorada com infiltrações e estofamentos da pintura. Há poucas tomadas no quarto. No quarto precisaria ter pelo menos dois travesseiros por cama e mais coberta. Passei frio na noite em Guarapuava.
