Ibis hotel is very well located for business, near the event center, the airport and the shopping centers. It has taxi all the time and uber is easy. The room is small but enough. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is open until 10pm. The maintenance is a challenge that nedds attention. It was a great stay and I will be back.

Nossa hospedagem foi uma total “falta de consideração com o hóspede”. Avisamos que nosso voo chegaria depois da meia noite mas que nosso check in estava confirmado. Mesmo assim nos deram “os quartos que sobraram”. Ou seja um quarto de deficiente físico que NÃO PODERIA TER SIDO DESTINADO A NÓS ! Mesmo porque não foi por esta acomodação (que só se presta a pessoas com deficiência) que reservemos e pagamos. Estou indignada de termos que ficar em um quarto com uma cama de 30cm de altura e um banheiro com uma cortina de plástico velha e grudenta. Que o hotel não tenha coragem de fazer isto a outro hóspede !
