Reservei esse hotel por está em um lugar q gostaria de festejar c minha esposa nossa data de aniversário…. Solicitei um quarto melhor e c uma bela vista me deram um quarto no primeiro andar de frente p um muro e barulho de piscina….. Meu quarto estava c duas camas de solteiro juntaram as camas p fazer uma de casal algo mto incômodo p mim e minha esposa…. Fomos pedir coberta de casal falaram q não tinham… Os quartos só ficavam prontos depois das 16h fui questionar disseram q davam prioridade a quartos q entrariam hóspedes ou seja quem estava lá não importava…Não indico esse hotel a ninguém q queira ter momentos de descanso….

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e organizado, porém, o Wi-Fi não funcionava, pois a internet do hotel é muito fraca, tv com mal funcionamento também, e o chuveiro horrível. Há um certo desleixo do hotel com os hóspedes, pois recebi toalhas bem velhas e até rasgadas. A estrutura da recepção te passa uma boa impressão do hotel, mas a experiência de modo geral é bem ruim. Com certeza não voltarei mais neste hotel, e também não o recomendarei à ninguém!

Ao chegar no quarto o mesmo está inviável de permanecer nele devido ao cheiro forte de mofos. Pra tentar disfarçar, deixaram a porta da varanda aberta e o ar condicionado ligado no mais forte. Eu estava doente e liguei para recepção informando que estava impraticável de permanecer no quarto e pedi para que me trocassem para outro. A resposta que recebi foi de que não havia outro quarto da mesma categoria do meu disponível.

O hotel não tem ar condicionado. Eles usam um exaustor que é a mesma coisa de nada. Muito quente o quarto. Os móveis e as instalações velhas, cheirando a mofo. Do guarda-roupa saia baratas. Tinha um Travesseiro mofado dentro do guarda-roupa. O café da manhã horrível. Os pratos eram engordurados. NÃO RECOMENDO.
