Oft San Conrado Hotel

I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel.

Good cost / benfit, easy to get around any area of Goiania.

Kind of dirty.

Very weak Internet, the room was smelling very bad and the floor was dirty. People came from out side and stood talking and yelling next my door until 3 in the morning . The price was good ok but was not worth at all.

Pros: 1. The shower was excellent. Cons: 1. The Wi-Fi did not work. 2. The tv did not work. 3. A parking attendant hit our car with the door of another guest's car while we were checking in. 4. We were initially given a room with one bed when we had booked for 4 people with 3 beds. We had to go back to the desk and get another room. 5. There was one towel in the room for 4 people, so we had to call and request the additional towels needed. 6. The desk in the room was broken and falling apart. 7. The bed sheet had paint splatters on it. 8. The restaurant attendant did not smile one time while waiting on us. Don't stay here unless you have no other options.

The hotel is in a nice location, but the hotel is not so nice as it looks like. In general it's ok. The main situation was the hotel made an improper collection/charging for a consumption that I have not consumed. The room had a poor cleaning conditions.

The hotel is located in the central part of town. At night the area is abandoned. However can find a place to eat within 1.5 miles to eat until 1 in the morning that has a decent buffet. When I arrived at the hotel, took about an hr before they finally got me checked in . kept telling me that they did not have my reservation and to call expedia. call expedia from Brazil? long story short, after calling expedia and being on hold for over 30 minutes the hotel finally found my reservation.The searched my reservation using my first and middle name from my passport instead of searching using my last name. DUH!!!!! Then on top of that, I had several pieces of luggage and when it was time for me to walk to the elevator it was obvious that I was having problems with carrying my bags, The porter stood at the front desk and just looked at me . Did not offer to help at all. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel also includes a exercise room with a space just outside of it on the 8th floor which offers a nice balcony to relax with a nice view over looking the area. Be aware! the hotels listing states they have a managers reception each day. This is false, They do not. When I asked they told me not there perhaps at another partner hotel. I told them that they should take it out of the listing then because it misleads guest. Overall, good value for the price. used uber to arrive from airport. about 7 dollars.

De todos oft que já fui esse é o pior de todos, o mais caro e o pior, além de estar todo sujo, tinha papel higiênico com sangue no vaso, era pra ter 1 cama de casal para o casal e lá tinha somente camas de solteiro

Quarto limpo, cama maravilhosa, porém a água fria da pia foi horrível.

experiência não foi satisfatória. Durante a estadia, houve um dia em que o quarto não foi limpo. O quarto apresentava muita umidade e mofo, deixando o ambiente desconfortável e com cheiro desagradável. O banheiro é antigo e o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Além dos problemas estruturais, a recepção e o atendimento da equipe deixaram a desejar. Não me senti bem acolhida, pois os funcionários não foram muito receptivos nem demonstraram preocupação em oferecer um atendimento cordial. Acredito que o hotel precisa investir tanto na manutenção das instalações quanto na melhoria do atendimento ao cliente para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

Estacionamento não eh no próprio prédio, então necessita pedir 20 minutos o veículo e ficamos sem acesso ao carro pela noite, caso tenha esquecido algo no veículo temos que aguardar o manobrista

Localização excelente, hotel limpo padrão bem superior ao que se espera encontrar num ibis.

Cama bem confortável com lençóis limpos e cheirosos. A equipe da manhã de excelente atendimento. O Café da manhã com tudo o que precisamos e com uma equipe de apoio muito atenciosa.

Quero deixar minha total insatisfação sobre o Estacionamento e equipe responsável pelo mesmo. os funcionários da parte da noite extremamente mal educados. Relato para quem possa interessar a falta de segurança em chegar a noite neste hotel e ter que implorar para um funcionário mal educado guardar o seu carro. Não tem vagas suficientes na frente do hotel , o retorno é quase 8 minutos em trânsito leve. Então, se vc vier de carro, aqui não é o lugar mais seguro para você. Equipe do café da manhã muito solícita. Não deixam toalhas suficientes no quarto, você precisa descer para pedir uma e lidar com mau humor da recepcionista. Precisam honestamente de um treinamento.

custo beneficio bom , demora 30 min pra trazerem seu carro nao sei se o estacionamento fica no prédio ou fica longe do prédio.
