I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room.

Localidade excelente se você precisa ficar no centro, mas por conta do local, o quarto era muito barulhento pois ficava de frente para uma avenida. O quarto tem um tamanho normal, mas a cama parece um colchão inflável de tão ruim e os travesseiros extremamente velhos. O local para se tomar café da manhã não tem ar-condicionado e nem ventilador, você tem a impressão de estar dentro de um forno. Os bolos estavam tão velhos que parecia estar lá a 1 semana, as frutas ou estavam verdes demais ou velhas demais, os ovos com um cheiro péssimo, fiquei 5 dias no local e não tive coragem de tomar café, é simplesmente nojento. Não utilizei o estacionamento para avaliar. Os funcionários são bem educados.

O melhor do hotel é a localização bem no centro de Florianópolis e pertinho do centro histórico, a região é bem segura (andei de noite sozinha), mas muito barulhenta, não dormi praticamente a noite toda primeiro com música altíssima de um barzinho próximo, depois com muitas pessoas gritando na rua o restante da madrugada. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos e prestativos em todas as minhas solicitações, vale o destaque. Café-da-manhã mediano.

The parking is great considering the hotel is in the heart of its historic downtown district. Hotel staff is just regular, nothing to complain orbrag about. The hotel and rooms are very clean and cosy, its a old and historic hotel, so don't expect 5G and oled TVs, but if your a fan of old but well kept hotels, this one is really quite great.
