This was my first trip to Brazil and staying at this pousada was a great way to start. The staff is friendly (although no staff members speak English, from what I could tell), the property is VERY well maintained, and the breakfast buffet selections were excellent and filling. Note that the property has MANY steps, so if you have trouble walking, you should request staying in the "upper" building as opposed to the "lower" building farther down the hill from the lobby. The patio and pool area (with a lovely view of the mountains) is located between the two buildings, midway down the slope. One upside to staying in the lower building is that it is far from the main street and therefore much quieter. The hallways in the lower building (where I stayed) have hardwood floors and motion-sensor lights, so that can be disruptive to sleeping (earplugs and eyemasks highly recommended).

Otima localização. Funcionários prestativos. Possui estacionamento. Porem muitas escadarias, péssimo para idosos e pessoas com mobilizade reduzida. Até mesmo para jovens é dificil acessar alguns locais dentro da propriedade. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Ficamos na parte mais nova da pousada, quarto excelente e impecável na limpeza, roupa de cama e cama confortável. Café da manhã bem gostoso. O pátio está um pouco descuidado mas nada que desabone nossa estadia. Apesar de ficar uns 400m a pé das principais atrações tem uma subida bastante íngreme para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, pra nós foi tranquilo.

Gostei mto do atendimento das funcionárias Ângela e Beatriz. O quarto estava tudo mto bem arrumado. Os colchões, talvez por ser de mola, um pouco moles e travesseiros tb, no mais tudo perfeito. Funcionários mto atenciosos e prestativos.

Foi bastante agradável. Bom café da manhã, camas boa, banheiro só faltou local para pendurar roupa e não foi retirado lixo do quarto. Arrumação do quarto era só arrumação da cama. É importante informar que o hotel tem muitas escadas devido à topografia da cidade. O acesso a pé para a praça é próximo mas íngreme. O quarto que fiquei tem janela virada para rua, então logo cedo tem o barulho de carros. Pessoas sensíveis ao barulho podem estranhar.

Adoramos a Pousada! Ficamos na parte nova da pousada, quartos amplos, banheiro e chuveiro excelentes, camas confortáveis! Café da manhã excelente! Apenas, caso alguém tenha dificuldade de descer e subir degraus, pedir para ficar na parte de cima, pois a ala nova da pousada fica bem abaixo, sendo necessário subir e descer muitas escadas. Fica proximo ao centrinho, só tem um morro bem ingrime para chegar no centro histórico. Fora esses detalhes que nao atrapalharam rm nada nossa estadia um nota 1000 para toda equipe de atendimento da Pousada! Funcionários cordiais, atenciosos e simpáticas! Obrigada!!
