The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Hotel péssimo. Estrutura física velha e mal cuidada. Cama extremamente desconfortável, roupa de cama e banho sujas. Nos corredos dos quartos tem naftalina espalhada por todos os cantos, o cheiro é horrivel. O chuveiro do quarto nao esquentava. Solicitei que fosse feita a troca da roupa de cama e fui tratada por um dos funcionários com deboche. Ao lado do hotel existe um prédio abandonado com vários focos de água parada (risco de dengue), além da região do mesmo ser cheia de moradores de rua e usuarios de droga nas imediações. Foi uma péssima experiência, não consegui ficar até o final da hospedagem, desistindo da mesma e buscando outro hotel. As fotos não coincidem com a realidade. Não recomendo.

A hospedagem é simples, mas organizada. O quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã foi um ponto muito positivo a equipe da manhã sempre bastante atenciosa e solícita. No entanto, tivemos um problema grave durante o checkout na madrugada. Estávamos saindo para o aeroporto e aguardando um carro por aplicativo quando o funcionário que estava no saguão insistiu para que cancelássemos o aplicativo e esperássemos um “motorista amigo” indicado por ele assim que pedimos indicação para ele, já que estávamos atrasados para nosso embarque. Quando decidimos sair com o carro do aplicativo que já estava chegando, o funcionário reagiu de forma hostil e chegou a trancar a porta do hotel com cadeado, impedindo nossa saída por algu ns minutos enquanto discutia. Foi uma situação muito desconfortável e preocupante, principalmente por acontecer de madrugada.

Lençóis de cama sujos, não consegui utilizar, tive que comprar toalha de banho porque as que estavam disponiveis eram inutilizáveis. O pior de tudo, mexeram na minha bolsa, tenho certeza porque sei exatamente como deixo as minhas coisas. Pior experiência de hotel que tive na vida.

Os funcionários são maravilhosos e super atenciosos. A estrutura do hotel não está boa, tudo muito antigo e com cheiro de mofo. A internet só funciona no andar da recepção. Recomendo apenas para viagens rápidas e em que não se pretenda passar muito tempo no hotel.
