Saint Tropez Praia Hotel

Not worth the price. I paid 1/3rd for a similar hotel down the street the week before. Their scan Q code for food service doesn't work. Said I wasn't a guest. But they took my money for the room. So you had to run track down help to order. Battled bugs in the room. Overall very disappointed. I think this was supposed to be a nice hotel

Everything so great !!!

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The food was phenomenal.

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

Amazing location by the beach, pé na areia( foot on the sand), food, staff. We loved everything. Just suggesting take care of mold on tiles at bathroom.

The view is incredible and the staff is amazing! Had a great time and very thankful for the care and professionalism of all staff members.

Uma super estrutura, um restaurante padrão 5 estrelas , atendentes treinados , somente uma observação de modo construtivo: FALTA BLACKOUT NAS SUÍTES , a nós nos incomoda, pois acostumamos dormir até um pouco mais tarde !! Mas tens uma das melhores infraestruturas de Arraial !!

Tudo maravilhoso mas os apartamentos no térreo precisam de mais atenção a respeito de pragas que entram pelas janelas de banheiros e frestasta nas portas que dão acesso aos jardins. Devido às baratas que invadem os apartamentos,aconteceu comigo foi assustador mas mesmo assim continuei no apto não aceitei outro depois manteve tudo fechado e nenhuma mais entrou. Com certeza voltarei novamente isto foi apenas um detalhe que com certeza vão resolver logo.

Hotel bem bonito, tudo muito limpo, fomos em baixa temporada então tinha lugar de sobra. Amei que não toca nenhuma música muito agitada, nem sertanejo nem sofrencia, músicas super relax. Achei muito ruim deixarem recado no quarto escrito que se usar o frigobar com coisa que não é do hotel tem que pagar uma taxa. O hotel precisa consultar procon quanto a isso porque até onde sei isso não é permitido. Por esse motivo não ficaria mais no hotel e não indicaria. Também não gostei de abrirem pra dayuse porque quem vai lá acaba pegando os bangalôs e não deixando pros hóspedes. A copinha também é pessima, só um microondas e uma pia ao lado da entrada do hotel ou seja, não existe copinha apenas um lugar que parece super improvisado. Ou seja pra que, tem bebês não indico também. Ainda, o hotel fica longe do centro mínimo de 50 reais pra ir e 50 pra voltar. Não tem como esperar van ali. Por outro lado o quarto é ótimo, mas piscina bem gelada. Muito gelada. Funcionários prestativos. Café da manhã bastante fraco.

Estávamos com gêmeos de 1 ano e sentimos muita falta de cadeirinha de alimentação para bebê, a copa baby também pode melhorar. Tirando isso foi excelente!
