Comparado com os hotéis de JP aonde os quartos são micro pequenos, é um flat tamanho bom que não oferece serviço algum mas é muito bem localizado. Tem que levar tudo menos toalha.

Estrutura do solar é muito boa, localização excelente. Os quartos para o lado da rua podem ter muito rúido durante a noite devido ao movimento. No entanto, as acomodações precisam ter melhor limpeza , higiene do sofá, higienização do banheiro, roupa de cama e toalhas de banho precisam ser trocadas ou melhor higienizada.
