Every year I visit my family in Porto Seguro I stay in this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the place feels like home! Pedro and all his colleagues are like super stars! Hopefully next year I’ll return and surely stay there again :-) thank you! Serena, Naraya & Patrick

If you're looking for a place that really takes covid prevention measures, look somewhere else. Not a single employee of this hotel takes it seriously. They mostly wear masks covering only the mouth. The breakfast buffet is a horror movie. No disposable gloves to get the items on the buffet. People sneezing on the food. I couldn't eat there a single day. Employees again with masks on the chin or just covering the mouth. There are signs everywhere saying that the use of mask is mandatory in common spaces, but none of that is enforced by the team. People are freely walking around, no masks. Upon check-in no one that was hanging around was wearing a mask and no one does anything about it. I complained MULTIPLE times in the reception about this and no one cared that much. On the last day, they said I could leave a feedback form in a box! After insisting, they said I could talk to Alexandre, the boss, but I didn't find him in time. Once or twice there was no alcohol sanitizer in the main dispensers. The swimming pool is often very very dirty by the end of the afternoon. The structure of the hotel is fine. But don't expect to have a good time there if you care for your health. The doors of the rooms are also not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes. The wifi in our bedroom also didn't work (room 630). Overall, horrible experience and don't plan to ever lay my feet on this hotel again.

The apartment we stayed wasn’t really clean, walls were dirty. They asked us to changed room because of a power outage but then a few hour latter there was a different family there. There was also open sewer line next to our new room with a terrible smell and rats!

Every time I visit Brazil, I stay in this hotel! The place is great- live music, beautiful pool, bar, kid area, wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff! I couldn’t pick a better hotel for the same location and value :-)

Café da manhã maravilhoso

O lugar no geral é muito lindo e ambiente agradável. Café da manhã bom, bem completo. Funcionários bem educados e solícitos. O bar e restaurante com ótimas opções de refeições e bebidas, e um espaço super agradável pra fazer as refeições. O quarto bem confortável, mas não gostamos do colchão, achamos um pouco duro e desconfortável. Alguns pontos negativos: Reservamos um quarto com vista para a piscina, mas colocaram a gente em quarto ruim, sem vista, com cheiro de mofo e o chuveiro horrível pra tomar banho. Pedimos para mudar e logo atenderam nosso pedido, ficamos em um quarto melhor, mas passamos a primeira noite no quarto ruim. O hotel está em reforma, expansão, então tinha barulho de obra o tempo todo, desde 8h da manhã, o dia todo, no qual, achei bem desagradável. Com exceção desses pequenos pontos negativos, minha experiência no geral foi muito boa.

Não tem vista para praia. Mais o hotel é muito bom, café da manhã ótimo, áreas de Lazer e piscinas grande e muito boas. Tem até uma capela.

A estadia foi muito boa no geral, funcionários da limpeza e do café da manhã bem educados, já o pessoal da portaria já senti um pouco mais fechados e alguns turnos, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa experiência. Quanto ao quarto, o que ficamos era um quarto aparentemente mais antigo o ar condicionado possuía marcas de vazamento de água na parede, e fazia bastante barulho a noite, o banheiro apesar das meninas da limpeza capricharem por ser antigo as marcas não saiam do vaso nem em baixo da pia. Mas como falei a cima nada que atrapalhasse de fato minha viagem a piscina e muito boa, café maravilhoso sauna excelente e o melhor de tudo e a localização do hotel. Vale muito a pena.

Pessoal super e educado, quartos espaçosos.. café da manhã normal.. nada de excepcional.. ideal ora família, pertinho de mercado e restaurantes.. é

A nossa estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa fomos muito bem atendidos o hotel era maravilhoso a refeição maravilhosa o café da manhã também muito bem feito ao atendimento do pessoal da limpeza da administração do restaurante foi muito bacana nota 10 para todo mundo foi ótima nossa viagem foi linda com certeza voltarei nos próximos anos
