Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but at the same time conveniently close to the busy downtown area. Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. Breakfast was really good, with many options to choose from and satisfied children’s and adults’ tastes. Staff was friendly. Will definitely consider HUGO hotel for our next stay in Varna.

It’s our second time staying in this hotel. It’s very clean and modern inside, within walking distance to the beach, park, and the city center. Staff is very friendly, and they go above and beyond to make the best for travelers stay. The only complaint that the rooms are pretty small, and our rooms didn’t have drawers, just shelves, for the personal belongings. So, for the short stay this place is fine. Thank you Hugo, for your hospitality.

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient to access the sea garden and sevestopal. Nice restaurant on the corner and a couple of shops on the doorstep. The room was spacious, with plenty of light, mini fridge, good LG Tele, Aircon and good sized mirrors. The cleanliness in the bathroom was extremely poor. The bowl shaped sink hasn't been cleaned around the bottom with cotton buds from previous customers there, the wood was stained and unclean, the seals around the shower are hanging off and flooded the floor around the toilet when used. The tiles on the floor looked grim and unclean, as did the shower heads. Toilet is an odd shape and uncomfortable too. Breakfast was usually cold and not kept warm even when offering eggs. Good selection though. Seemed hard for the staff to even smile at times, other than the cleaner lady and the dark longer haired man on the desk. Odd walking in at 2am, doors open, no-one there on reception, made you feel a little exposed to anyone walking in. It's a shame as we use their sister hotel yearly (duchess) which is spotless, the lady who runs it is amazing and they can't do enough for you. We will be going back there for sure. It was worth a go here as we used a large amount of Tesco's clubcard vouchers to have a cheaper stay.

Very close to the beaches

Lovely people. The room was great with seperate room for kids. Couldnt be a better location. Right next to the Sea gardens and beach, an easy walk into the town. A big choice of shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

Good: Great location, modern property, good air quality, comfortable beds, enough space, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Bad: Thin walls - bring ear plugs. You can hear people in the hallway, stairs, and other rooms. Also, you can hear all the partiers and conversations on the street.

Stayed for a week in July 2019, room was great, cleaned everyday. Beds comfortable, only issue was the shower which leaked over the floor. The staff were excellent and happy to help at all hourss.

Nice hotel and staff, great location too. Some minor cleaning issues when we arrived but nothing major enough to inform just details. Shower kept flooding onto floor too. But over great hotel brilliant staff and amazing location

My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 4 am. There was a staff member at the desk to greet me. Rooms are modern, updated and quite clean. Breakfast had a good selection of cold cuts fruit and breads. In a great location. Five minute walk to the beach and huge walking park.

The overall hotel was nice. I enjoyed the fact the TVs allowed us to connect or phones and use Netflix and other streaming services. The wifi was great. My only issue was the shower. The design is nice however it leaks water and makes a complete mess.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.

Pas de possibilité de parking gratuit car réglementation sur toute la ville. Parking payant à 100 m de l'hôtel (17 LV pour 24 h de midi à midi). Hôtel modeste mais moderne de 2 étages. Confortable. Petit-déjeuner classique copieux. Avantage : près du centre ville et du parce bordant le ri age de la Mer Noire. Les visites peuvent se faire à pied aisément.Tarifs très correct.

Die innen stadt und der strand ist sehr nah

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja sijainti oli hyvä. Huone oli moderni, ainut miinus kylpyhuoneen suihkutila joka tulvi aina suihlun jälkeen veasan lattialle. Pyyheteline oli myös irti seinästä. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu kertaakaan ja yhtenä päivänä pyyhkeitä ei ollut vaihdettu. Henkilökunta oli pääasiallisesti ystävällistä. Aamupala oli melko hyvä.
