Really beautiful, clean and serene place. The staff have the kindest hearts, from the restaurant team to the reception staff and everyone we met around the property. A special thanks to Sat at reception for such a warm welcome and for helping us with local information and arranging our restaurant bookings. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again.

A wonderful experience. Initially we had an issue with the room - I specifically requested a room with a bath. This was quickly resolved and our room was changed to accommodate our request. The hotel staff are amazing. Very friendly. The gym, pool and amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is nice too. However I am disappointed with Expedia because it misinformed me about the shuttle service. It listed as ‘free shuttle’ but it was free for one way. You need to pay for the return.

The positives were that the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. The facilities are good with a pool and most rooms look like they have balconies. The real problem though is if the have events around the pool, and there were ones both nights I was there’s if your room faces the pool the sound echos. They had a DJ until 10:30pm and the room literally vibrated and could hardly hear tv, and I was on 6th floor. They were very good and moved me but it spoilt a good trip so would probably not stay here again.
