Staff was helpful and check-in was quick. The room was clean. The restaurant across the street was good - the nachos were amazing. Shuttle driver was very helpful and drove us to a closer train stop to get to the cruise ship easier. Rooms were good, service was excellent.

I highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Vancouver area. Lots of parking spots. Room is big and comfortable beds. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Able to check in early. Room is clean. I can hear the plane flying above us and some noise next door to us and at the hallway but tolerable. Complimentary coffee and tea in the public area. I am glad I booked this hotel.
