Cjour Apartments

The location was easy to find, and the apartment was very clean and organized. The host met us and was very friendly. She walked us through the apartment and explained everything, front door access, keys, check out procedure, the neighborhood, and where to park and not to park. Easy walking distance (20min) to Downtown Montreal, Metro (3min away), and we walked to Jean Parc Drapeau (45 min) for a concert. Perfect all around at a great Price. Will be back there for our next trip.

We like to stay at the apartment as it locates just 5 mins by walk to subway. The suite is clean and light. When we hadn't have something enough, the host quickly assist us.

Plusses and minuses to renting this apartment. Good - affordable, clean, secure, convenient to Metro. Bad - absolutely NO PARKING available. After a $100 parking ticket in the neighborhood, we would park at a garage somewhere else and take metro back to the property. Also, completely bare bones in kitchen, bath. Things standard in USA, like shampoo, soap, paper towels, salt & pepper were not furnished. Owner was responsive to text messages. We might consider renting here again if we had another trip to Montreal, but would come a bit more prepared.

Cet appartement est tout à fait recommandable en raison de sa propreté, sa tranquillité, sa fonctionnalité ainsi que sa situation, à quelques pas du métro, d'un supermarché ainsi que de plusieurs services. Concernant plus précisément le petit appartement de base que nous avons loué, tout était parfait ou presque. La table de cuisine en vitre, demanderait des napperons afin d'éviter de casser ou d'égratigner le verre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, mais nous n'avons pas vu la présence de mitaines de four, ce qui serait nécessaire. Parmi l'ensemble des appartements que nous avons loués à Montréal, il demeure parmi les meilleurs! Bref, vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter!

My wife and I booked a room for 5 nights for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and met our needs, and was right in between downtown Montreal and the Biodome/Botanical gardens (about a 45-50 minute walk in either direction). There were a few quirks however 1. While the loft style layout was fun and unique, the ceiling is only about 5 feet above the loft floor. I lost track of how many times we hit our heads on the ceiling, no matter how many times we tried to remind ourselves 2. The walls between rooms were very thin. We could easily hear the tvs and often conversations of next door neighbours. 3. Finally, the couch location was strange. It may seem like a nitpick, but it made it difficult to relax properly after a long day out. Trying to use the tv while on the couch was very awkward. The strangest part was that the perfect solution would be to swap where the couch and tables were in that area. Anyways, despite these quirks it was a pleasant experience, and we absolutely loved the location. In the middle of everything but also just enough removed to not be kept up by the city at night.

the check in is smooth, location is quite good, supermarkets, cafes all walkable, there's a bus exactly located at the hotel, few minutes walk to metro, the room is clean and staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend!!

Room was clean and quiet. Need to update information board for laundry location. But overall excellent place to stay.

The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner/staff were very accommodating and communicative. My train was delayed and I had no issues coordinating a solution despite arriving after the designated check-in time. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Montreal!

Ce n'est pas chère, c'est bien situé. Il n'y a pas de bureau de réception, mais il est facile de rejoindre un membre du personnel par téléphone. La vaisselle était salle et le parcking consiste à se stationner dans la rue.

Everything about the stay was excellent, though the parking was a drawback.

Great location that’s a close walk to the subways station. The bed is a bit soft but it’s good for a single or couple travelers for a short period of time.

With modern decor and a nearly fully equipped kitchen, Cjour is a lovely place to stay for short or long term trips. It was very clean, comfy and the WiFi worked well! There is a large grocery store less than a 10 minute walk away as well as a few small restaurants and shops.

Excellent stay, manager was very lovely and professional. Room were beautiful, organized, comfortable. Recommend 100%.

I absolutely LOVED Cjour Apartments and the surrounding areas. I 100% will be coming back, my only grievance is the lack of parking. While there are 3 spots next to the building, they are public parking so you are not guaranteed a place to keep your vehicle. I also wish we had access to fresh towels and extra garbage bags. Loved our visit!!

Great stay. Property was nice and clean. The room was very nice considering the small space and it was clean. Came with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, and sink. Bathroom was nice and clean. Would stay again.

The property was good, price was reasonable, we rented 3 different rooms for our group, some of the issues were: the A/C on the ground floor room could not be adjusted and it was VERY warm and inconsistent. By the last night we were sweating at night and couldn’t sleep at all, manager never answered text about it not working. Then in same ground floor apartment we had the laundry room located right beside our room and someone was doing laundry after 11pm, it sounded like the wash loads were out of balance with very loud banging, this went on for a couple hours, manager said there was a quiet policy after 11, however when I explained it was still happening after 11, he ignored me. The other room on second floor had 4 ppl, there was not enough toilet paper. There were no spare garbage bags in any rooms.
