Property was clean and tidy. New ly renovated hotel. The rooms look great when you walk in. Bathroom was very clean.

The room was newly renovated and clean yet oddly I found three different black bugs in my room when I first arrived - which for the clean condition was surprising.
The kitchenette was sufficient for my individual purposes. The dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils were fine though a sharp cutting knife and better quality cooking spatula would be appreciated. The fridge was a half size and clean.
The tv sits strangely high on the wall so one has to crane one’s neck to see it, but they have ample channels if tv is a priority.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and prompt in any requests I had during my stay. Honestly, the staff are what made all the difference compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at in Penticton. I’ve stay nearly 30 nights this summer (2026) in Penticton for work across four different properties and the staff here at Coast were by far the most accommodating and friendly.
The location is central within Penticton but not so close to the lakes. There is a large parking lot but it filled up quickly by early evening.
The two on site EV charges did not work.
It is an excellent hotel if you’re traveling and not in need of a pool and other amenities and aren’t fussed about not being within easy walking distance of the lakes.
I am returning in a week to the hotel for another four nights because of how great the staff were.

I had a nice stay at this property. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite minimal, but it worked well enough for a quick morning meal. Additionally, the parking was convenient and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a excellent stay in a very clean suite and the staff were very helpful. The tv is difficult to figure out so Jaswinder from the front desk helped us figure out how to find channels. The breakfast is good- boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit cups and oatmeal packets. Mocha coffee we had from a machine was great. Overall we had an excellent stay and we will be back!!!

When I got to the room at night I went to take a shower the tub was filthy I had to clean the whole bathroom since the tub wasn’t cleaned I didn’t take a chance at the rest of the bathroom. So u cleaned it all I took pictures and showed the front desk they just said sorry that’s it.

The room was nice!! Unfortunately there is not enough parking so we often struggled to find a spot. The breakfast was very dismal so we ended up just getting stuff to eat in our room from a store. The hand soap, shampoo and body wash were all the same so we were thankful we had brought our own shower toiletries. Overall the room was nice but everything else was meh.

The breakfast was very sketchy. We checked in, after 3 pm, the hard boiled eggs were still in the display cabinet. At that point we decided NOT to partake of any breakfast, because of food safety.

Staff was kind and quick to bring air freshener when someone was smoking outside our room and was quick to want to talk to them to go off property to do that which we appreciated.
Quiet and very close to lots of amenities. Air conditioning worked great.
Could hear the people above us moving around is the only complaint.
More towels upon arrival as well would have been great haha.

Went out for dinner came back to our parking spot gone. Told front desk my desk they did not care told my husband park anywhere “make your own” ??
