Property looking very tired in all areas. We did not find out until we checked that the pool and hot tubs were out of commission. They are an important amenity for skiers with tired legs. The folks from Premium could not have care less. Front desk said to contact Premier. No apology. or offer of compensation.

Old property but very clean and functional. Spacious bathroom with toiletries. No mini fridge, no microwave in room, in addition to no common area for eating made it a little tricky to have left over food. Staff was very helpful and warmed up food for me. Could leave luggage for the day. Could ignore some of the lack of amenities as staff was extremely helpful

The location is good; situated in the Upper Village, an easy walk to the Blackcomb Lifts and a 5-minute walk to the Whistler lifts. The property has the basics in terms of amenities. The room I stayed in was similar to what you would find in a decent motel or low/mid-level hotel (mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, small table and chairs). It seemed to be a high step to get into the tub/shower, which might be an issue for some. This property would be good for people interested in basic, clean accommodation in a good location.

We have already spoken to Vacassa and are awaiting a partial refund. We have stayed at the Glacier Lodge probably 10 times and have always been happy. The room we were in was not acceptable. Between rat traps, ripped sheets, one roll of toilet paper for a week, extra fireplace left in a corner, 4 hangers etc. This room needs a huge renovation and some tlc.

Room description is misleading, they have 2 room-Studio, one has kitchen other does not. A suite by definition includes a kitchen, which is what I was expecting. That costs me lots of extra money as I had to buy food and waste the food I had bought to cook. The room was dark with all the lights on which meant I wasn’t able to read my book. Staff were friendly even though they are quick to point out it is not a hotel, each room is individually owned.

Great location. Spacious room with loft. Big fridge. Friendly staff. Loooove the wooden table by the window. Just wish there were thicker blinds for the triangle windows that are too high to be reached. There are beautiful lights on the trees outside, unfortunately the light came through the triangle windows and made it too bright to sleep, for someone like me who doesn't like to wear eye masks...

The extremely dim lighting in room 341 did not prevent us from seeing the ceiling fan dangling askew over the table, the stained lampshades, the dirty carpeting, the dinged walls, the old furniture and the rusty shower pole. Why is there a queen bed in a large bedroom? Why? Doesn’t look like the owners have been here since 1995. The hallways were so dark we had to use a flashlight to enter the door code. Long in the tooth. Was nice once, but has not been maintained. Grim.
