Great place to stay, easy to check in and out. The room was great, comparable to 4* or 3* hotel rooms I've stayed in - obviously overall there were a lot less facilities at this location - but I wasn't expecting any. (In the morning I found a great breakfast place about a 3 min drive away - and there were at least 4 other restaurant options I passed on the way). Would I stay here again? YES definitely.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We stayed there for one night with our three children. When we got there, they asked for $100 more on the deposit than what the website said. Secondly, when we got to our room, we were missing a 3rd set of sheets and pillows for the extra bed. So I tried calling front desk, no answer. I used the numbers on Google to reach the office, both numbers were out of service. When I went out to the office, the lady pointed out the janitor and told me to go ask him for the bedding. I walked up to him and asked politely, whenever he gad the chance. He stood up annoyed and sighed “yeah. i’ll go get it.” Everything was poorly maintained. The shower head was spraying water to the ceiling, the door to the suite’s second room was a mirror door and it’s all broken and won’t close. Some plugs don’t work. The sink was blocked. It smelled like cigarettes. No vending machines, no breakfast. To add i sult to injury, my husband never got his $200 deposit back.

C'est un hotel d'un certain age qui a manqué d'entretient. Semble t'il que le nouveau propriétaire a commencé à investir. L'aspect extérieur laisse à désirer avec plusieures réparations à faire. La chambre que nous avons occupé a été rénovée avec des planchers flottants et un ameublement renouvelée. Le lit était confortable et les équipement fonctionnaient bien (frigo, air climtisé). Cependant la finition n'était pas parfaite, il y avait un peu de poussière surtout sous le lit et les vitres étaient mal nettoyé. L'environnement de la piscine était un peu moche, sans chaise et parasol et l'eau était brouillée voire verte. Malgré les 30 degrés dehors, nous n'avons pas osé se baigner. Un dépot de 100$ est exigé et on nous avise que si le remboursement n'est pas fait dans les 5 à 10 jours, de bien vouloir adresser une demnde à notre institution financière. Ce qui n'est pas rassurant. La réception est séparée de l'hotel/motel et aucune mesure de sécurité n'existe pour entrer dans les corridors des chambres. N'importe qui peut donc entrer dans l'hotel, la porte n'étant pas barrée. Pour une nuit de passage cet hotel peut faire l'affaire.

Staff were friendly, rooms were well cleaned. Enough room for open trailers to parking. But no water pressure for showers and couldn’t take baths because the plug wasn’t doing its job.

De très loin le pire hôtel où j’ai séjourné de toute ma vie. Dès notre arrivée, l’expérience a commencé du mauvais pied. La réceptionniste semblait complètement désorganisée et donnait l’impression de ne pas savoir ce qu’elle faisait. Ensuite, malgré les affiches indiquant qu’il est interdit de fumer, de vapoter ou de consommer du cannabis, l’odeur de cigarette et surtout de cannabis était omniprésente, autant dans les corridors que dans notre chambre. En ouvrant la porte, c’est la première chose qui nous a frappés. La chambre était dans un état inacceptable : la literie était tachée, souillée et déchirée. Le plafond de la salle de bain était endommagé et la grille de ventilation pendait. Le lavabo était bouché et se vidait très lentement. Le support du rouleau de papier toilette était décroché. Le bain dans la chambre était sale au point où nous ne l’aurions jamais utilisé. La porte miroir qui séparait la chambre du petit salon était fissurée et ne fermait même plus. Pour le prix payé, c’est complètement inacceptable. J’aurais préféré payer deux fois plus cher pour avoir un endroit propre et sécuritaire. Honnêtement, même si on m’offrait une nuit gratuitement, je n’y retournerais pas. Je suis habituellement le genre de personne qui ne se fie pas trop aux avis en ligne. Cette fois-ci, j’aurais dû les écouter. Je me demandais comment autant de gens pouvaient qualifier cet endroit de « pire hôtel » ou d’« horrible ». Après y avoir séjourné, je comprends parfaitement

C'est une place qui a besoin de rénovation, la piscine l'eau n'était pas claire, aucune consignes, les enfants narretaient pas de sauter dans l'eau qui éclaboussaient tout le monde, ça jouait au freezbee dans la piscine, on recevait le disc à tout moment là nous étions assis, les gens fumaient au bord de la piscine; le climatiseur de la chambre a arrêté de fonctionner, on nous a donné une autre chambre, lorsqu'on venait pour prendre notre douche la poignée est cassée.

J'avais la suite de luxe. Il y avait la saleté de à l'humidité sur les murs de la salle de bains. Le lit n'était pas confortable et un drs oreillers sentait la cigarette. L'établissement n'est pas bien entretenu. En plis ils retiennent 100$ à l'arrivée rembpursable dans les 5 à 10 jours ouvrables. Je ne réserverai plus là bas

Former Royal Motel. No usable guest Wi-Fi. No housekeeping: Garbage not emptied, towels not swapped. Amenities falling apart! At the very least, no bed bugs or fleas! The in-ground pool was clean.
