Very nice place to stay. Good food and awesome staff.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the complimentary coffee and breakfast.

Not happy that the hotel charged me a different rate for the last night. I was unaware of this. I would expect the same rate for all the days I spent the night. Big surprise for me. I would expect the hotel honour the same rate for me and reimburse me for the difference.

Great staff! Super friendly! Rooms were nice and clean! The pool was our highlight of our stay! Kids had a blast! Would highly recommend!

It was disappointing to pay the price we did to then find out the pool opens at 9:30am. We pick this hotel specifically for the pool. The sign in the pool said it opens at 8am and it had opened earlier during past stays. There is no lifeguard on duty so what is stopping it from being opened earlier? We can/will pay less for future rooms to have a pool that opens earlier.

Staff , great amenities,nice room. Only down side was lounge was ran by one person who was also the cook.very very slow but not her fault.

They didn’t clean our rooms we were there for three nights, breakfast was terrible. They would only put out one or two lates or cups at a time

Keep driving. Don't give this place a second glance. Mathew Adebogun, the manager here is an abrasive and unpleasant man. In addition, the room was ~$250/ night and it was literally just big enough to hold a queen size bed, with paper thin walls. We attempted to stay here during a hockey tournament (with 2-3 teams staying). After driving for 14 hours, all we wanted to do was go into the hot tub, which we couldn’t do due to what seemed like 40 children in and around the hot tub. (Major safety concern also). After voicing concern, the manager called our room and proceeded to forcefully talk over my partner and say that “this is normal use of a hotel” and “good luck attempting to get a cancellation through Expedia”. We got a cancellation approved through Expedia immediately to which the HOTEL didn’t approve, so we had to do the whole process again. Ofel, the lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, and kind to us. The manager Mathew was the problem. Would not stay here as he doesn’t give any care or concern to his guests or his staff.
