The excellent attention but the cleaning of the room very bad covers beds, sheets pillowcases very dirty

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The only improvement we would suggest would be some weather stripping around the window and door as there was a cold draught which made it take a long time for the room to warm up.

We rented the Honeymoon suite which looked just like the pictures. It had a great double bath with more than enough hot water. The lighting and decor were find. The bed was hard but that is the case in Canada. There was plenty of square footage and a nice fireplace.

From the moment we saw our room we noticed to crumbling stairs to the room. The door had huge paint strips missing. Upon entering we saw the dresser was missing a drawer, a hole in the wall, bathroom wall had black mold on chalking, (2) holes above the bathtub with fibreglass insulation and so much more. Very disappointing.

The front desk staff was nice. However, our experience at this was dissappointing. The room stank like cigarettes. There was no trash can, no shampoo. We booked three rooms, they were unanle to provide the key for one of the rooms. We checked in around 11pm and were just too tired to go back and forth.
