Was charged 2 nights but stayed one night

Hot tub didnt was out of service one evening. No hot water in the room abother evening. Shower definitely wasn't clean. Asked twice to have a cracked mug replaced in the room. Never did get a replacement. Meh was the overall stay

Disliked no complimentary water bottles. There was no phone charging stations near bed. The location was nice - close to mall and Canada Wonderland.

The vanity sink was not draining properly; the pool was clean and breakfast was good

The room was newly renovated and very clean. Also very close to Canada's wonderland and the vaughan mills mall. The restaurant on site is expensive but with the number of fast food options nearby it was easy to get something to eat. The staff where very helpful. They stored our luggage for us while we went to the park on the morning of our arrival. Without question and where just wonderful to deal with.

Friendly staff

Last year our stay was way better. Paid way to much this year and nothing went smooth. (1) called Hotel to let them know we will be checking in later as we were at Wonderland and wanted the staff to be aware and communicate so we had no issues. The hotel couldnt (Novotel-Vaughan) find my two rooms and I booked in May and our stay was the end of July (this past sunday-Monday). Charles was nice on the phone and gave me expédia number to call after really investigating. Entire time in line for the behemoth (min 30 minutes, I feel or close to) After the ride I called Expedia (2) spent a long time on phone just to speak to somone via the automated part (painful). **Finally got someone on the phone (real person) and all was good but took a lot of time between two calls when I had the iternaty number etc but nothing would working and would say cannot find / locate etc. (3) asked for joining room in comments when booking and also reminded the expedia personalle to ask too/ remind when calling the hotel , but was not passed along or was , not sure where the communication was dropped. Front desk had to search as she told me had to request ahead and when I said we did, couldn’t give . Front desk was not as cool as last year, no little treat for kids & was told towels were down at pool and wont need. (4) rush to get downstairs (8:30pm) before the pool closes at 9pm and no towel and hot tub out of order. Now have to go back to front desk and request and wait another 5-10 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and room is very clean and big. Unfortunately, did not get a chance to use the amenities.

Good hotel, free parking is an asset. The position is close to the mall has Lego wander land, convenient for family with kids to both have fun and do the shopping.

Awesome location

We were locked out of our room for two hours early Sunday morning while staff tried to resolve a faulty door lock. One manager incorrectly claimed the room was locked from the inside because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging on the door, demonstrating a lack of training. We were not given another room until 2:30 a.m., and no maintenance staff was available until 6:30 a.m. The hotel should have on-call maintenance for emergencies. We had no access to our essential medications or belongings and were provided only with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Although we received complimentary breakfast, we have since been charged for the replacement room, which was not our choice. We also received no compensation for the inconvenience and stress. When our original room was finally opened at 7:00 a.m., the door still would not close, delaying us and causing us to miss family time at my niece's wedding breakfast. I request that the room charge be removed from my credit card and that appropriate compensation be provided.

Freshly cleaned and very modern rooms. Live it. We got upgraded when we arrived as well. Beautiful. Trio on site was another added bonus. Excellent service and wonderful food

love the space

We book here just for the pictures of the pool/hot tub but it was closed at 9. We were really looking forward to enjoying a relaxing hot tub after a day at Wonderland but checked in at 9:15 to find out it was closed. Never seen a pool/ hot tub closed so early, most hotels are open till 10,11pm. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.
