Unfortunately, the room stank of cigarettes.

The hot tub wasn’t working so be sure to double check before you book.

Accidentally booked the Wong date and cancelled it right away. NO refund absolutely pathetic considering I still stayed here on the date I originally wanted to book. Crooks

The tile in the bathroom was very disgusting Hot tub out of commission No breakfast included The worst was the uncomfortable bed.. woke up every morning with sore shoulders, back !!!

Booked for the pool, was great to have a restaurant on site as well

Everything looks fine, the staff is really nice and helps us a lot. But the problem is the room. The air conditioning is not working properly. It’s so bad that the staff offered us to move to the next room.

I was extremely disappointed by the level of misrepresentation and lack of professionalism throughout my stay. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I was under the impression that breakfast was included. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told the only way to receive breakfast was by purchasing a coupon during the booking process. Interestingly, there was never any option to purchase such a coupon when I made my reservation. The employee advised that only a manager could authorize the coupons and that they would follow up. Upon entering my room, I quickly discovered that housekeeping had clearly not done its job. There were opened packages of expired food left behind, old McDonald’s French fries on the floor beside the bathroom, and the bathroom door would not even close properly. Needless to say, this did little to inspire confidence in the hotel’s standards. After waiting until the following morning without hearing anything, I returned to the front desk. I again explained both the breakfast issue and the condition of the room. The morning clerk agreed to provide breakfast coupons as compensation. However, the conversation then took an unexpected turn. Seeing my dog who had been with me on a leash the entire time she informed me that a pet cleaning fee had never been added to my reservation and that it now needed to be charged. This was rather amusing considering I had specifically called ahead to confirm I was being placed in a pet-friendly room.

It was a nice stay.

Had a group of rooms , some Ac units did not work at all and the rooms that did work there where load and would wake us up when they kicked on

Both Elevators were out of order so had to haul everything up two flights of stairs with three young kids. There was a group there for a sports tournament who kept us up all night slamming doors and playing music outside our hotel room.

Stayed as a single parent with young kids. On arrival, staff was friendly. Unloaded the kids easy enough. However will say that the place was NOT as advertised for many reasons. 1. Room advertised as a suite with sofa bed. However this was a “studio” suite so really, just a single king room. 2. Went to use said sofa bed and followed just a naked mattress. Called front desk, had to call through 3 times before getting a response. Advised bedding in drawers, however only found a blanket and a single pillow. Called again and advised house keeping would bring sheets. House keeping only brought a single fitted sheet. They also advised they don’t make the sofa bed, and that I would have to make it. Fitted sheet did not fit and kept coming off, and kids complained very uncomfortable. Still weird there was no mattress protector. 3. Following day found out the advertised “full breakfast available” meant paid breakfast available - very misleading, as we try and book where breakfast is included for convenience. 4. Pool was closed, which was also big reason for booking there. 5. We usually tidy our room but hope house keeping replaces towels and used cups. Towels were replaced but used cups/mus were not and coffee station was not refreshed. They had lobby coffee available but it was out around 8am. Overall not a great experience.

The room was clean, smelled really bad though. Smelled of smoke, musk and mold. Body wash was empty in shower. Air conditioning was broken, room was muggy and very warm. Pool was unavailable all weekend. Parking lot has no lighting, little sketchy when coming in after dark.

Super nice hotel beds were comfy. Really liked the 3 bed situation in the room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Room’s air conditioner didn’t work… Took a bit of convincing to get the staff to move me to a different room. The pool had some kind of bugs in it… I had to get out and skim the pool myself to remove them.

Good place to stay at a great price!

Very nice place to stay.

The dirty coffee cup that was in my room to greet me stayed there for two more days before I personally delivered it to the hotel desk. That said, my bed was made daily. And the staff that I interacted with were wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay :)
