We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess.
For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical.
The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet.
The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control !

We love Tempo Rent, We´ve stayed there three times, They have upgraded the paint and floors and this time we had the breakfast included. Very good variety of fruit, breads and hot scrambled eggs.
The location is fantastic, just a block from Los Leones metro stop in Providencia.

The hotel was certainly cheap
But it was advertised as an “apart-hotel”, which usually means it has some sort of kitchen facility but this one was a regular double room with only a minibar. The hotel is very dated and the local area is really loud as it is surrounded by bars open late and with very loud music playing until 1-2 AM. If you are in santiago in business this is definitely not for you. Other guests were very loud as well and we couldn’t sleep well any of the three nights we spent there. The rate was very low and non-refundable so we paid the price for that

We found the small apartment very spacious and comfortable, we had a nice living room and dining space. Full kitchen with toaster, blender, pans, utensils and dishes.
Very comfortable bed and closet space.
The best thing was that it was one block from a major metro line and easy transportation to any place in the city of Santiago.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
