Quiet environments, excellent services with friendly staff. Building is clean n walkable to eartary and shopping places.

Nice hotel and staff very helpful

There are urine stain on the wall near toilet bowl. The carpet seems not being properly cleaned for a while. There are palm print on the window, also on hardware around shower tub.

What an amazing value for a hotel - a big spacious and brand new room, with every amenity you could ask for. Delicious breakfast. Oh and note the pool is across the courtyard, not in the main hotel building itself.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are quite nice and helpful. Easy to find restaurants.

The only complaint that I had with Cachet was the noise from a wine bar my final night, they were up very late and it was difficult to sleep

This hotel is very convenient to the city center. The staffs are super friendly and professional. They offered me three free lunches and help me receive the package. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The location is very quiet and you can have a good rest. I highly recommend you to choose this hotel. I

The Cachet Artime Hotel is conveniently located in Kunming’s city-center, a walking distance to Kunming’s major pedestrian mall (which has an ‘official’ Apple store). It is a 15 minute taxi from Kunming’s (Beijing Rd.) railroad station, which has high speed trains, connecting Kunming to major cities in China, and a direct bus service to Kunming’s Changshui International Airport (50 minutes @ 25 yuan). South of the hotel are newly constructed malls (half a block away), providing varied food and shopping, and a small ‘bar street’ providing evening entertainment. The hotel has the feel of a ‘boutique hotel’ in so far as its ‘traffic’ and services are concerned, but it is also a modern, sizable (60 rooms/7 stories) hotel with spacious rooms, well-appointed accessories, comfortable bedding, electrically operated curtains, etc. Bathroom facilities are generously laid-out with a sizable soaking tub; the room interior is a blend of gray and ebony, giving off a ‘high-tech’ ambience. The breakfast served is a ‘blend’ of the usual, buffet; but it is also distinguished by guest’s personally ordering from a choice of set-breakfasts. This result is individually prepared food brought to the guests, instead of one taking items from a buffet. Of course, the buffet itself is modest. Hotel staff is small in number but they make up for quantity by giving friendly, helpful service. The rooms’ wi-fi is at good speed, but limited foreign language TV. All-in-all, an excellent hotel!

Overall stay was pleasant. Hotel gave breakfast for 2 when it supposedly for 1. Changed room from queen to twin without a question asked. Gave fruit upon checkin. Thumbs up!!!

The hotel is very clean and in a very good location. Wi-fi is reliable and fast, the hotel provides very comfortable stay during our trip in Kunming. Front desk provides wonderful services; breakfast is good except the service can be improved.

The location's in the city center and convenient. Western travelers should feel very comfortable here; rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Chinese food at breakfast was excellent (didn't bother to try the continental breakfast) and included hot noodle soup (the local dish mi xian), local veggies, etc. Also, no issues with Wifi.

Very clean, modern with no cigarette smell anywhere. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast buffet selections. Comfortable beds, excellent shower pressure and big guest room.

It is an very good and near new hotel located near to city centre. Very comfortable and providing excellent services especially a Mr King. Highly recommended and will stay in that hotel again if we visit Kunming again. Breakfast is also good

We were so happy and touched that we are able to check into the room ( just waited about an hour or less for the room to be cleaned up) after a long overnight train from Lijiang. The hotel reception were so alerted to recognise us for being the one who had informed them about our early arrival and request for an earlier check in before the night we left Lijiang. They were so kind to offer us a glass of warm soya bean drink and some nuts while waiting for keys. Once we entered the room, we were so happy to see the room were clean , nice , big and comfortable till we don't feel like going out. lts also within walking distance to the busy streets that have many shopping malls and plenty of foods / restaurants. The managers and even the chambermaid were very helpful and smiling whenever you see them. It will be perfect if the breakfast buffet spread could be better. We will definitely go back to this hotel should we go kunming again or recommend our friends and relatives to stay in this hotel. l would say Cachet Boutique hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ is the best 5 stars hotel l ever stayed in China. I would like to thank you and give compliment to the staffs and management for their hard work and l hope the hotel will continue to keep growing to maintain the present standard or even better.
