The manager called Jenny is very nice and helpful. Overall staff are nice. I can smell smoking smell in my room in the morning, may be someone is smoking in room. I can hear people's sound when they pass near my room too.

It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years.

-area is ok for finding small restaurants -wifi is very very slow -had a big box left at concierge, need to take it outside of the main lobby door for easier loading to waiting car, lady told me to get the trolley and place box on trolley myself, i didnt mind her and waited for some male staff to help me take it outside -had to leave early on date of checkout (630am) advised front desk if possible to have my breakfast delivered to my room at 530am, a lady who seems to be in management (not front desk staff) took note and advised a male staff to prepare the simple breakfast for me, woke up at 5am, waiting for the breakfast till 545, called front desk to remind them they said yes, waited till almost 630am and still no breakfast delivered! left hotel afterwards with no breakfast!

The front desk staff were very helpful. Hope this hotel would offer free breakfast buffet in the future. Also, more frequent airport shuffle should be provided given that it is less than 2 miles away from the Liuting airport.
