The building structure is the best in the city. The room was well styled and felt very comfortable. The only negative things about the room was the carpet has stains and the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Good location, close to train. Bad checkin and checkout experience, the receptionist needs more training. I Wrong price calculation in both checkin and check out, done by two different lady. The young lady on checkin part was defending and justifying all the time, without simply acknowledge the fault... Hardware wise, room looks fine, but smoking smell too much--breakfast looks pretty simple.

It's the best hotel you'll find in Zhenjiang. I've been staying here for four years. The buffet breakfast is very good with cuisine from around the world and reasonable coffee. The gym equipment works and the pool isn't as disgusting as in most Chinese hotels. In the evenings, eat out, the restaurant on the second floor is like faulty towers. The entire staff seem shocked when a customer arrives. In the bar, the staff are very friendly although the chief bar tender seems to think he's James Bond.

Very conveniently located for the express rail network and also a local shopping mall for restaurants etc. Starbucks et Macdonalds if you will this is a simple walk away, the neighbourhood is improving and it is purely that it is extremely busy that it was not a higher mark. Will definitely stay again
