We had a great family experience staying at this hotel. We stayed in 6002 and it had the kitchenette with the required utensils. Only the microwave was on the main floor. It was very clean and very close to the train station, bus stop, grocery and the restaurant.

The helpful and friendly staff at the Hotel are what made this stay so memorable. Sure, the room was great, as were the facilities snd the Hotel's location, but the engagement of the staff, plus their interest in our reasons for visiting Denmark, plus their interest in our daily activities was amazing. Also, every request was cheerfully met, and nothing was too much trouble, even when problems arose as a result of our own oversights - they were eager and able to help. A geat place to stay!

The room is clean and fed the staff is helpful. The breakfast is OK. I don’t like the bathroom. The toilet, sink and shower are cramped into a small space. You need to pay extra for shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap bar.

We had to take the stairs to the hotel with our suitcases which was a challenge for seniors nobody to help. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around the bed we had difficulty gettin in bed from one side. The room was so hot and shower so cramped. There is really nothing to recommend . During my overnight stay, I could not sleep because the room temperature was warm - I was gonna open the window but I was scared to break it. Also I wish you’ll inform the customers that shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion are not provided.

1) price in expedia site.. was much cheaper!!!!! after we booked but didnt have time to call you to get money match 2) the room was smaller than a dog cage 3) 1 month before we asked to the hotel to have a quite room but we end up facing a freeway 24 hours noise from cars ambulance ect ect 4) the roof of the room was basically less than 2 feet IMPOSSIBLE TO GET UP FROM THE BED 5) TO enter to the hotel was a long stair so if you are elderly or wheel chairs WAS A MISSION IMPOSSIBLE !! 6) the shower water coming out just a seep ..and not very hot Lots of USD FOR THAT SHAME SH.. SHAME AT THE HOTEL SHAME AT EXPEDIA TO SELL THAT TERRIBLE ROOM AFTER MANY 30 YEARS BUYNG IN EXPEDIA EVERY YEAR LOTS OF STUFF ALWAYS PLATINUM MAY BE BETTER START TO USE OTHER SITE !!!!!!!!! CRIMINALS.

Hotel was clean enough but the room was exceptionally small. Hard to move in and out of bed if there is a couple. Did not use the shower because there was no shower stall and water would have sprayed the whole bathroom. The price was good enough for 1 night stay - I would not want to be at hotel for more than that.

Bathroom was small and there was no separate section for shower; it was in the middle of the bathroom between sink and toilet separated by a shower curtain. Because the shower and sink share the same drain on the floor, there was always un unpleasant drain smell in the whole room. The location is really good - just a 3-minute walk to train station; 20 minutes to the downtown area and 5 minutes to the airport by train.

This is a good low cost hotel. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom. The location is in the center of town which was perfect for my needs. If you have a vehicle be sure to book a parking spot early because the hotel has limited underground parking. If you have three in your party the deluxe room for three is a bit of a squeeze. The night clerk was very helpful. No complaints. I would stay here again.
