Room was small with lots of furniture but the condition was good with a refrigerator. The bathroom was in good condition, too. Breakfast from 7-10 with good variety. Great location and walkable neighborhood. I booked a private 3-day customized tour with their travel agency and overall had a good experience.

Staff very professional. Rooms have character/charm. Many restaurants/shops walkable from hotel that’s open late. Convenient in-house Travel office Magic Carpet Tours for booking your trips. Wide range breakfast selections including your choice of eggs, fruits (love the guava), cheeses, breads, Egyptian food too. There is a small elevator since the hotel is on the 6th floor. Laundry service was great you get clothes washed and ironed same day for a reasonable price.

We stayed for 3 nights. Good location and nice breakfast. The building was a bit outdated, Our toilet and shower leaked for the whole 3 days and could not be fixed despite the staff attempts. Also, before reaching the elevator you have to climb around 8-10 stairs which can be challenging if you have a few luggage with you.

My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights. It's on the 6th/7th floor, but there's a lift so you don't have to drag your suitcases up all those stairs Our room was clean, and simply but cutely decorated. Lots of drawers for your things. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! We could walk to the Egyptian museum, as well as to a lot of cafes and restaurants. There is a small kiosk/store with drinks and snacks right next to the hotel. Highly recommend!

Small hotel and run down, but it is in Cairo so didn’t expect much. Were a couple put in a room with two single beds, but we are not married and respect the hotels views on this. Can walk out for food and seemed an ok part of the city, but we were only there for one night due to a late flight.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eileen hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and always had a smile on their face. I was really surprised about the rooms, walking into the building which looks dated on the outside, the rooms itself is more modern and really clean and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed at this boutique hotel twice, at the beginning of our trip and then came back again towards the middle of our trip. The breakfast is a buffet style spread, and the omelettes they cooked for us were delicious. The showers and toilets worked perfectly, and we were able to take hot showers consecutively, which i can't say was the case for other hotels in Egypt. After a long day of exploration, we were really glad to be able to relax in our comfy room.
