We found the staff were very friendly and professional,Dean especially, there
was a female guest who was unstable, but Dean controlled her with a professional approach, above all we would stay there again , small parking lot but there is a parking lot 0.4 miles from the hotel.

Just spent a night here when large hotel chains were quoting ludicrous rates. Perfectly adequate for us. Ten minutes walk from Bromley centre. Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a fan. We were quite happy and saved ourselves a lot of money.

Might be not the newest building but with a great atmosfear, ultraclean and organized.

Acceptable room, however very cold with insufficient blankets and weak heating during the night. It would have felt warmer with extra blankets.
The shower pressure was weak and the water, even on level 3 and maximum temperature, was only lukewarm to cold.
Very minimal amenities for a hotel, such as toothpaste and extra blankets.
