Read some bad reviews after I’d booked this so was pleasantly surprised, stayed in triple room (room 8). Clean, warm, modern clean bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, don’t know what else anyone would want from a hotel. Will stay again.

The room was as I expected for the price I paid. Friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk.

Hotel was very handy for Wembley. Walkable from Kilburn underground. (There are buses anyway). Clean, staff friendly and although basic it catered for our needs. There was a fan in our room which was nice as it was hot.

Nice friendly little hotel perfect for what we wanted. We needed a reasonably priced hotel with nearby parking and easy access to Wembley and this ticked all of our boxes.

Absolutely awful!! Room no 4 is the worst, bathroom dirty, bath mat needs putting straight in the bin, disgusting. One curtain to cover the whole window which was covered in stains. Water in kettle, a complete no no. One towel provided for two people, luckily we showered before leaving home and there was no way we were showering in the morning, we couldn't wait to leave, Man on reception was rude on check in, stated that Hotels.com are scammers and they only receive around £60 of the £84 we paid, if that's the case remove the hotel from their website, don't complain to the customers. We slept on the bed because we couldn't bring ourselves to check the mattress for fear of what we may find. We don't recommend this hotel and we definitely won't be staying ever again!!

Ok for a night, if you have a room on the front it’s very noisy to a busy road close to Wembley on the train easy to drive to

Luckily we only needed the room for a night as it was in poor condition. The walls had not been painted, only plastered. There was no air con or temperature gauge and it was very warm. There were light bulbs out and a lack of space in the room. Additionally, we received one small towel between two of us, without any hand towel or towels for showering. A disappointing stay, but the hotel was in a good location.

Room was absolutely filthy. To the point we slept on top of the covers with clothes on. We were only provided with one towel , the room was booked for two adults for two nights, and it was dirty. The shower tray wasn’t draining properly so we had to be as quick as we could as to not flood the area. The lights in the hallway didn’t work so we had to use our phones to get to our room, to which we then saw a huge hole in the wall outside the room door and the door wouldn’t even lock and unlock properly.

dated and unclean, went during a heatwave and the room was unbearable to sleep in, didn’t expect air conditioning, but a fan would have been nice considering i couldn’t get a wink of sleep with how awful it was. hair on the bed, and bottom of the shower, shower pressure was poor. table in the room unclean, curtain rail and curtains just about holding on, bed sheet didn’t fit the bed properly, just overall not impressed i expected the hotel to be dated, but cleanliness and maintenance should still be upheld, no matter how old the hotel is. also, anything you may need such as towels or hairdryer you need to ask reception for which is odd, never had to do that before, as usually these things are provided. i’d avoid this hotel, it’s a place to stay if needed but if staying in a clean place is of any importance to you then this is not the place.

Great place to stay when heading to wembley stadium, 10 minutes walk from the jubilee line. For what we paid it was great value for money. Try the zombie cafe down the road for drinks and snacks

Very dated, not clean room - my white Socks were not white after walking around (my very teeny tiny space). There wasn't even a foot of room between my bed and the bathroom. The walls are all scuffed and scratched it felt like being in a prison. One light bulb was missing from one of the lights, and the bathroom light was so dark it felt like showering in the dark. I had no towels in my room, so had to get some from reception, also got a hairdryer and fan - got back to my room to find my fan was broken (missing part of the plug) and the reception staff had to come up and plug it in using a screwdriver - to which he discovered a plug socket that did not work properly - making the whole electrics feel unsafe. The street is soooo noisy too! Bed was uncomfortable, old mattress, old pillows and old duvet. Overall was not worth the money, would not recommend and wouldn't stay again.

Good location and friendly staff, but hotel itself wasn’t great. No towels, shower head wouldn’t stay up properly, bedding didn’t appear clean. The room was also boiling, so wouldn’t recommend staying when it’s warmer weather. It’s also very noisy outside, so having the window open to cool the room down meant we couldn’t then sleep due to the noise. Bed was very uncomfortable too. Overall, if you’re booking purely for the location (and the other bits wouldn’t bother you) it is located in a very good place - 15 minute tube from Wembley.

Nice hotel to get your head down for the night. We stopped here for a gig at Wembley and it's really easy to get too. Room was clean but a bit dated with stains on the bed bases. I would recommend taking your own towel too the one in the room is very small. Had to speak to a member of staff to request a fan as it was really hot but they brought one straight away

Great location for getting to Wembley and into London city. We stayed during a heatwave and the building is meant to keep heat in unfortunately. We asked for a fan the morning after our first night but were told there were none. I slept on the floor of the very small bathroom on the cold tiles, which actually felt more comfortable than the mattress. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work, however the plugs were in good locations in the room, for example, on either side of the bed. We eventually got a fan on another day which made all the difference. Because of the heat, we had to have the windows open which made the room very loud.

We booked here to stay last night for Harry Styles at Wembley. Check in was straight forward and the staff were friendly. Location convenient as a 15 min walk to the tube station and has a few supermarkets around. Sadly everything else let it down to the point I dont think id ever stay here again. Our bedding and pillows had hairs on them (i just picked them off as I was too tired to complain) , the shower hardly works ( i think it needs de scaling or a new hose), the bathroom door you literally had to lift up and pull it along as its clearly come off the runners, the sink had no plug to it, the carpet was soaking wet right by the bathroom entrance. The room was dusty. It looked like also the toilet roll holder had been taken off the wall but never replaced. I hate to write negative reviews but sadly this needed to be written
