Staff are very obliging and will do what they can to help. The room was kept clean. This was my second visit. They provided fans for all the rooms during the heatwave. I’ve been here before and will be back

The room was really clean and the bed comfy. it was quiet and felt safe. Staff were courteous. For a budget hotel it is good value for money and I would definitely recommend. I didnt eat breakfast so cant comment. There are lots of shops and restaurants very close by which was good.

Beautiful lobby and nicely appointed rooms, free parking was a bonus and easy transport links to central London. Breakfast was excellent for £7.50 if you pre-book from the night before. Highly recommended.

It was relatively clean however the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner. The general facilities were good and the staff were nice. It was worth the price we paid

Very clean, comfy bed, good shower pressure, had a fan which was nice. Only reason I’ve scored a 4 was it was rather noisy.

Hotel in general was fine. We were given the room key and told there was a lift… we set off through the rabbit run of corridors with the odd step, on the narrow corridors. No lift found and had to climb to the top floor up narrow staircases with all cases. Not the easiest. We were in a family room which was in the roof of the building, hence very hot, especially in the extreme heat of June 2026. Tip open the bathroom skylight and wedge the bathroom door open with a case to get some air… The room was fine, 2 double beds, a chair and a mini fridge. Wardrobe plenty hangers and in its own room, so useful as a changing room as we were a mixed group. We didn’t see much of the hotel, did not see anything that represented in the photos, but we were heading to a concert. Shame the men on reception hadn’t given us of any info re what was available, was there a bar or an option of breakfast I have no idea. It is quite a walk from either tube if you are dragging a case. There are a couple of breakfast options near the tube, Starbucks Pret etc

Different from the photos no air conditioning. Only allowed one fan. Besides that the lady at the front desk was nice.

The room was very small for A twin room and there was a distinct smell in the room which smelled like damp The shower filled up quickly because of the slow drainage. There was also unpleasant dirt coming up from the drain hole. Our room was on the ground floor and every night people stood outside our window talking loudly for long periods

It’s hard to give any negatives when the hotel was decorated so lovely, staff helpful and good price in a nice area and also a good quality fan in the room. But it was 30 degrees and the AC was blowing no more than I could myself and we let housekeeping know as we had our door wedged open but nothing came of it (also no window). Our shower was stuck at chest hight so we couldn’t wash our hair without crouching, the first night I woke up with around 10+ bites and with no window this is concerning. The remote wouldn’t work and sink/shower would drain slow leaving a smell. All in all I would still recommend the place as it looks to have some nice rooms with better circumstances, I think we must have just pulled the short straw

You get what you pay for. Met our needs as somewhere to get ready for a concert and somewhere to sleep. Close to tube station and lots of local shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Wembley and Camden. Onsite parking and friendly, helpful staff. Not the best room or generally well kept. But certainly not the worst I have stayed in when visiting Wembley. Just an old, slightly ran down hotel. Area felt safe which was a massive plus for two females. I would stay again.

Not enough parking for the hotel. The room was dusty and smelt of mould damp. Other residents charging around corridors abcs slamming doors to 3am.

I admit I stayed here because of the very low price, but it does seem that some services should be provided low rate or not. For instance, I had to wash my own coffee cup and water glass a few times because they weren't replaced daily with clean ones. One day the maid took away my used towels and left me with no replacements. The woman at the front desk gave me some, but didn't apologize for my inconvenience. Very spotty and cool service.
