Great stay, exactly as described and helpful staff

We found this stay to be exactly what we were looking for: close to the tube station, in a safe neighborhood with lots of good options. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very very comfortable.

This was the first time we had stayed here, upon arriving an hour early, asked if we could check our bags and they advised they did not offer this service and suggested we should go down the street to a company that would do it. We decided to wait in the lobby as check was at 3. We did not get in until 4. The apartment was not cleaned very well, floors were dirty and desks and lamps had not been dusted, I doubt i would stay at this location again

Nice place to stay, near local shops and building was clean and quiet.

Had a 1 bedroom apt with a full kitchen. There is a market downstairs where you can buy coffee, snacks, soda, etc. Great location, friendly staff, easy to get in and out. Would stay there again.

Good location, clean bathroom and shower. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, no hand wash. However the fridge smelt off, there was no aircon and 1 fan for the 2 rooms. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the check in process was complicated if the main booker was not present at check in time. There were silverfish on the floor one night and the apartment was very warm, almost uncomfortable to sleep in.

Apartment does not have AC, so it’s get hot at times, tub is too high in the bathroom and no support to hold anything to get out of tub or shower.

It was a great stay—excellent, convenient location; friendly, helpful staff; amenities and WiFi worked well for the most part. The only downside was that the room itself and some of the appliances were not as well-maintained as they could be. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in London. One of the biggest advantages was its location, as it was close to the subway and made it easy to get around the city without relying on taxis or other transportation. The neighborhood itself was a bit rough around the edges and felt dirtier than we expected. That said, we found that many parts of London seemed similar unless you stay in the more upscale areas, where hotel prices are significantly higher. The hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a pleasant visit. Overall, this was a very nice place for the money, especially considering its convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a good-value hotel in London.

The place was great. It was just a bit hot despite the provision of fans. But it was definitely a good place to stay.

Spacious rooms and kitchen. Convenient location close to Aldgate East station. Cleanliness is okay. The downside is they don't offer luggage storage.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was ideal, ample space for 3 adults. Trip was to visit our son in London and he was able to stay with us, making our trip even more special. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Fantastic location, close to Tower Bridge and tube. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was comfy and clean and had a lovely city view! The only thing I would say is it wasn’t very child friendly with glass tables etc and the boiler in the kitchen was noisy which disrupted sleep!

Staff were really helpful on the phone ahead of the stay and early check-in was available. The rooms were very clean, spacious and we had a small balcony with stunning views of London.
