When I booked this stay I was skeptical because for location it was very cheap. I wasn’t expecting much but a place to lay my head after work. WOW I couldn’t have being more wrong in my pre stay assumption. This place is outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for more this hostel is clean, friendly and amazing. Best place to stay in London if you need good cheap accommodation. I will be returning very soon. Thank you so much to all the staff for being so welcoming. You do a fantastic job each and every one of you. I have recommended this place to many of my industry colleagues and I am sure they will be using this facility for there next stay.

At 60 I never thought I'd fall in LOVE Again, A million Thank Yous to all the Smiles, Hello, Warm Welcomes from the STAFF at this Swiss Chalet. I had no reason to tour London. Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The location and building were fantastic, the bed was a bit small and cramped and with there was a small shelf on the inside. After discovering the larger toilets and showers on the second floor, that part of the stay was much better. The ones on the first floor, particularly the toilets are far too small.

Beautiful building on the exterior. It was nice to have somewhere to park. The staff was all good. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The room we stayed in reeked of ammonia/ cat pee. I don't know what the deal is with that but had we arrived earlier we would have found other accommodations based on the smell.

Still new to staying at Hostels but places like these definitely make me feel it's not so bad to share a room with strangers. Every thing was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The area is right around the corner to a main busy street but somehow it was tucked away and quiet. Easy to walk to public transportation. Would definitely not mind staying here again.
