The wifi went out just on our room and they did nothing about it and they were rude The room wasn’t what it looked like on the site and there was no space to walk The outlet didn’t work no space between the beds like in the picture on the website If I plugged one charger in the power would go out and it happed about 6 times so we couldn’t charge our phones and the sink was very difficult to unclog this was very disappointing from this London inn.

It's good value and convenient to transit lines. However, the bathroom had a mildew smell upon check in and we requested a room change but none was available. Then we requested a shower liner change and that fixed the problem. So overall they were able to resolve our issue. However, I find the bathroom may need more maintenance and upkeep. Overall the hotel did its job and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The premier plus room we had was very basic - the room was small, no drawers for clothing, no safe, no phone, our room was not cleaned when requested during our four night stay. The breakfast items were very basic and items were not replenished on a timely basis. We are very disappointed. Definitely NOT staying here again and NOT recommended.
