The B & B Blackpool

Friendly welcoming host , 5 minutes from Blackpool north station and right next to promenade front , clean room , comfy bed good shower quiet residence was perfect

we found staff helpfull and place was clean , our only gripe is we was in room with no fan which would have been nice since windows dont open more than a few inches and room was hot . other than everything was great

I was given the room on the ground floor. There are two guest rooms and a door leading to what I assume are living quarters for the live in manager. I was constantly disturbed by the banging door of the manager, followed by a grinding noise, talking outside my bedroom door (the check in and out area) and even a dog barking inside the staff area. This noise was throughout the day and into the early hours. It then started again at around 08:45 in the morning, for check outs, with seemingly no consideration for the guest in the room trying to lie in. The room itself was lovely, king size bed, modern powerful shower, clean and comfortable. There was no window in the room, which didn’t bother me, but might some people. I would definitely stay here again, but NO WAY accept a room on the ground floor if you want a lie in or a quiet stay.

Very nice couple . Good communication and service. Small respect on but enough was I was expecting it very good price . Quiet area . Close to the beach and shops .

Was positively surprised by how well maintained the room was given that the price was very low (I booked on the day). The room was small, but that was fine for what I needed.

All good - made to feel welcome. Good location, clean with breakfast served nearby.

The check-in is very easy. It is great appreciated that the gentleman helped me to carry my big luggage to the room upstairs. The room is clean. But a light bad smell comes from the bathroom. It smells like sewer.

The rooms was very clean staff very friendly and always there if needed anything. The breakfast was always cooked to perfection and very pet friendly . Will definitely book again .

John and luke wheir brilliant hosts. The breakfast was excellent piping hot served around the corner at peek a booze. Descent shower,bed was comfortable smart little kettle for a brew in morning

The ceiling in the room is a bit low and I bashed by hrad a few times. I was offered another room for a small upgrade price but chose not to

Staff extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us with street parking.

there was no breakfast at the hotel, it was down the road at a cafe. the check-in was very good, but there was a hold put on my credit card for £20 as a cover for damage etc. my room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so for the charge it was reasonable.

I only needed a single room and they were very help full with this from check-in to Check-out, Room was perfect and on suit shower which was better that my own, Room was very clean with a Kettle and brew kit, My own toilet with plenty of soft Rolls, The Staff (John) was fantastic and gave me a lot of very useful info on what I needed to no, Luke gave me a personnel call to give me more info which I thought was really great and offered me a great deal as I needed to stay an extra night, But I didn't need to in the end, (wish i did now) There is two shops seconds away from the BnB which was perfect and all the Take out shops for food all within minutes away. Overall I fully recommend the BnB Blackpool and will be very happy to book a room there again in the near future. A big thank you to all the team there.

Very clean. really for a present staff off-road parking and everything was close by.

It’s always brilliant every time we stop at the B&B Blackpool lovely loads of space really relaxed great stuff. Just had a lovely relaxing day. Looking forward to coming again soon she’s with you in about fortnight. See you then guys. Thank you for another great day.

The owner was so lovely he even upgraded my room for me ( i didn't ask for the upgrade ) so it was a nice surprise when me and my daughter arrived 😊 the room as been freshly decorated it was lovely and fresh x i would definitely stay again xx
