Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables.

Really pleased with my stay the staff were really good. The accommodation was also very good clean warm and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and the service was great and it starts at 7am. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent range of foods, especially the choice of teas. Thanks to Danny who seemed to go further than necessary to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you guys, will definitely be returning as well as telling my friends about my stay. Have a wonderful new year.
