AVOID NIGHTMARE STAY Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. The room stank of weed and cigarettes the moment I walked in I told the receptionist the minute i smelt it i had to change rooms, and despite the advert clearly stating every room comes with a shower, mine had no shower whatsoever. The worst part was finding a dirty syringe in the room. I accidentally got pricked by the needle and had to go to hospital because of it. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Because of this horrific experience, I checked out a day early. The cleanliness, safety, and false advertising were beyond unacceptable. I am absolutely disgusted by my stay and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Staff didn't smile.. Hardly any conversation or a welcome. Very dirty room.. Dust on table and chairs. TV didn't work - So annoying. Old school heating where it takes hours to warm up. Cheap curtains not at all black out.

Unfortunately this hotel seems to be getting worse, very uncomfortable mattress and the noise of other guests, slamming doors, shouting all hours etc is a joke
