We hadn't completed the Identity verification before arriving. The website wouldn't allow us to enter pictures of our passports. The local customer service number in Finland was not working. We had to call the customer service number in Germany to talk to someone who sent us another link to take pictures of our passports and of us to complete the verification which took another 20 minutes to verify. There was no signage on the building on how to proceed.

Easy access.

You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID!

Checking in was an adventure. Needless to say that at some point (45 min after arriving to the property) my wife lost her patience after: 1 our initial codes did not work; 2 when we got a code and accessed the room we found someone already in there; 3 while on the line with customer service rep (who BTW was very nice) we got assigned a 2nd room 404, but only had one twin bed; 4 & 5 we get we try 2 more rooms, both with people inside. At this point I cannot stop laughing historically. Oh I forgot to say, it’s close to midnight by now :))) Finally I suggest we try a room to a different floor and we finally get one assigned that was empty, looked unused and had two beds. At this point my wife can crack a smile as well after all she wanted at some point was to get our money back and move elsewhere. Other than that, the room was average. Not the cleanest, but ok, I’ve seen worse. Did not appreciate the used dish sponge. Bed was comfortable to sleep in but linen and pillows are substandard. No option (or at least not obvious) on turning AC off. Light in bathroom turns off on you and then you need to turn into an Italian (speaking with your hands in the air) for them to come back on (especially when in the shower). No separate light switch for the sleeping area and the dining area, although otherwise nicely separated by layout.

Very pleasant one night stay with my fiance and dog. The room was modern, clean and very easy to get to. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Siisti hotelli ja tilavat huoneet

Nothing fancy but a very basic stay. Good value for money. If you stay more than one night, like we did, would have been nice to have extra towels and more coffee filters. A bit remote location but great with car. Free entrance for the gym is a plus.

Very clean and good comfort hotel. Smart hotel with pin-code.

Absolute spot on place fo a night or two stop we were heading north and needed to stop for a night the place was spotless with everything around that you’d need bar restaurant and shops and was well equipped

I have not stayed in the apartment-hotels often, so I was a bit concerned about how it is all going to work (e.g. check in). But it went well, I got entrance code on my phone at 4pm as promised. In general I do not have any really negative things to say. Clean, simple, means-business accommodation. It is a bit "strange" that there are no personnel whatsoever but I guess it is OK as long as everything works OK (and there is 24h phone number in case of emergency, fortunately I did not have to use it). The room had kitchenette (small induction stove, coffee maker, refrigerator) which was good to make your own snacks as well as tea/coffee (plates, forks, knives are also there). Couple things which are a bit annoying rather than negative: 1. It is not possible to lock the room from inside (well, maybe it is just my problem). 2. There was no other choice (at least I did not see it) for bed, only 2 single beds available. As a couple I would definitely prefer double bed. Again, maybe it is just me... The location is near the large shopping center with the road just outside the building (it is approximately 10 km from the Oulu airport and the same distance from the Oulu center). But surprisingly it was not too noisy. Like I said, all-in-all - not bad. Maybe not the most romantic hotel but then again it all depends on what are your plans for the visit.

Hyvä sijanti. Kauppakeskus ja muut palvelut lähellä. Ravintola samassa rakenuksessa missä hyvää ruokaa.

Huone siisti ja muutenkin Ok . Miinusta : huone vhän kylmä ja liettä en saanut toimimaan millään .

Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi uunia lukuun ottamatta. Iso kauppakeskus tien toisella puolella kuin myösuseampi ruokailupaikka.

Siisti huone

Kaikki oli siistiä, mutta tee/kahvikupit pinttyneitä . Pitäisi tehopestä. Forenomilta tullut sähköpostia toistakymmentä ja kaikki englannin kielellä.. vähempikin riittäisi ja miksei suomeksi ?

Sisäänkirjautuminen koodilla oli helppo. Tunnistautuminen ei heti onnistunut. Huone oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi tarvittava. Ruokailu pöydän tuolit olivat melko korkeita näin lyhyelle ihmiselle.muuten kaikki toimi oikein hyvin.
