B&B HOTEL LILLE Tourcoing Centre

The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast.

Everything quick and personnel friendly

Felt overpriced for the quality. Location was average, 3rd floor heavily smelled in the hallway.

Good new hotel. Well located in the center, near a mall, supermarket, restaurants and other facilities. The 3 persons room was spacious and with comfortable beds.

It seems decently clean, but no additional hand soap for the handwashing area. Was told to use dispenser for soap in the shower (this is not common hospitality in the USA where I’m from, so it could simply be a cultural difference in hospitality, yet I feel the need to express my thoughts around this). They have no ice, and no refrigerator. So in a sense, you do get what you pay for. On the plus side, traveling with my parents, grandmother, and two young children, this is a really good price for rooms with one double bed and one twin bed. The showers also have a lower holder for the shower head for smaller people like children. Wish there was a tub, as my 13 mo old son didn’t like the shower and he usually likes to play in water (bath and shower), but it is a different place and across the globe for us so can’t blame the hotel for that. One of the rooms we booked (the one for my parents and grandmother) had a clogged sink, on another down side. Lastly, the receptionist was nice, at first, but when asking about some of these things, he seemed irritated (I’m guessing because my husband already asked one of the same questions, about the hand soap, but could have considered that maybe there could have been a misunderstanding so wanted to verify about hand soap vs soap available for showering). The receptionist also left shortly after this encounter, and our room had a TV issue that we couldn’t resolve. All in all, I rate this place just so-so - some goods and some bads.

Hotel good location for end of tram to Lille and access to local facilities. Have stayed here before and would again. Clean, efficient, friendly hotel with breakfast. Rooms quite small but do the job.

Great hotel and great approach to booking and checking in

The hotel is in a commercial area so not much happening. It was clean comfy beds, helpful staff. Breakfast was real value for money nothing fancy but the coffee was great! Would recommend for a couple of nights stay if travelling on somewhere. The only problem we had was finding somewhere to park.

Stayed for Euros '16 a bit outside Lille but good Metro Service, quiet area but enjoyed it.

A basic hotel offering all you need for a budget break or one night stay. Short walk to Metro and Tram which get you to Lille in 25 minutes or so. Clean and tidy, nothing amazing but no Fawlty Towers!

We were there attending a gymnastics competition nearb. The rooom is spartan and the service is fine, as long as it is there: they close for a few hours every day and at night, and thus you may not be able to find anyone to help you. The bathroom's shower is an open floor, so the water gets nearly everywhere inside the bathroom if you are not careful. But for the price it is fine.

Stayed here before so this was my 2nd visit. Would recommend - cheap and cheerful. No faults. Could do with a room update (slight update). Service is always good and breakfast is nice and simple. Room size is bug enough for 1 or 2 people. Best this about this place is the location - best price for location and soo close to the metro and city centre.

Visit to compete at Judo tournament. Hotel on same tram line as venue and only a few minutes walk from the tram stop. Same tram line went to the Eurostar. Hotel comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff very helpful.
