Hotel Eiffel Seine

Everything we needed for a short two night stay. We had one of the smaller rooms which was fine for two nights. Any longer and I would want a larger room. Perfect location for us as first time visitors to Paris. Staff was extremely friendly and communicative even though our French is quite limited. We did not have breakfast here.

The receptionists was well mannered and soft spoken. He consistently kept the door closed which made us feel safe and secure.

Very nice location, it was easy to walk to many great restaurants, the river Seine, and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were small, but just the right feel of Paris. Loved the old fashioned windows, the cozy lobby, the Parisian courtyard for an evening drink. Best of all was the staff! They were so kind, friendly, and helpful in every way! We SO appreciated them, and highly recommend this hotel because of them!

The room was clean, had a closet to store our luggage and hang up our coats, a small refrigerator and the staff was very helpful.

Friendly staff

Great location 2 block from the Seine and two to three blocks from Eiffel Tower. Metro across the street! Staff wonderful, kind, very resourceful, always ready to help.

There are shops around the area. The place is on the busy side of town. Walkable to Eiffel Tower.

Everything was as expected

Loved this little hotel. Close to the metro, walk about 10 mins to Eiffel Tower and Seine River. Great to sit in the lounge with a drink and watch the people go by. Staff were great, even before we got there with instructions on how to arrive by train, and Lily the cat was georgous. Definitely stay again.

Very nice

Free charge for baggage storage. Receptionist to be more accommodating. Some guests travelled far. Missing sleep, tired and needs to freshen up.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is truly excellent—just a short walk to the metro and within easy reach of the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The bathroom was modern and spacious, though the door annoyingly wouldn’t fully shut, and the bed was very comfortable. I also found the staff friendly, which is always appreciated. However, several issues took away from the overall experience. The lift had recurring problems, which was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage. Speaking of luggage, I was disappointed to find the hotel charges 10 euros per room to store bags for just two hours before check-in—a fee that feels unnecessary and quite unfair, especially for guests arriving early. Another frustration was not being able to use the air conditioning due to a rule that the receptionist seemed to have made up on the spot, this made the room uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited, and the staff were slow to bring out more food when items ran out. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and some comfortable features, but several policies and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Good but overpriced

We have stayed here before and we will again! All around great staff and they even have a lobby cat named Lily!
