La propiedad y su ubicación, si de acorde con el precio. Todo renovado pero cuarto estándar bien pequeño. Cuarto limpio. Staff amable hablan también inglés. Aire acondicionado hay q programarlo y encenderlo. Pueee apagarse por timer, hay q volver a prenderlo o regular el timer. Excelente ubicación. Desayuno de acuerdo con lo publicado. Bien.

Clean property and helpful staff

Rooms are small and did not seem to have AC. Great location though.

I reserved a twin room because I traveled with my teenage grandson. I knew the room was small because of the pictures. We were lucky to have the 6th floor. I think the room is better suited for one person only because of luggage and lack of closet space. Although, I would stay in the future as a solo guest. The location was wonderful. It was only a few minutes walking distance to the St Paul Metro. We used the Yellow Line 1 a lot. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around our hotel and more could be accessed with the Metro. One thing I didnt realize is that the AC was not turned on for the first 3 days because we thought it was on. But after asking if there was a problem with it , we found out that it was never turned on. The AC made a big difference!

The staff is very professional. The location is very close to the metro station, boutiques, and restaurants. The room is clean and has air conditioning.

The hotel needs to be updated. Needs new paint and carpet.

Breakfast was great, especially Ewelina!! The hotel is clean, but AC could have been better. Good location for restaurants.

We stayed at Hotel Turenne Le Marais during our recent trip to Paris. Overall, our experience was mixed, with some very positive aspects and a few areas that could be improved. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is situated in the heart of Le Marais, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Saint-Paul metro station. This made it extremely easy to get around the city and explore many attractions on foot. We were also very pleased with the air conditioning, which worked perfectly throughout our stay, especially during the warmer days. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing signs of age and would benefit from some modernization. The room felt dated, several areas appeared worn from years of use, and it could definitely use a refresh. The room was also quite dark, with limited lighting, which made it feel less inviting. In addition, water did not drain properly in the bathtub/shower area and tended to pool while showering. The breakfast was the most disappointing part of our stay. The selection was very limited, and we did not find the food particularly flavorful or enjoyable. A special thank you to Georges at the front desk, who truly made a difference in our experience. He was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We liked the ability to get cold fresh water for free from the lobby whenever we wanted. The staff were friendly. The room was small and the toilet is pretty much smacked into the opposite wall leaving very little room if you have long legs. We had a few bugs in our bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t adjusting for some of our stay, but then it started working, thankfully since it was over 90 degrees outside. Super great location and comfortable bed. We never tried the breakfast, but did appreciate the tea kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room.

Our stay in Paris was unfortunately very disappointing. The hotel should honestly be shut down temporarily for the amount and severity of construction happening throughout the property. The noise, dust, and overall disruption made it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. This was absolutely not the cozy Paris experience we were expecting, especially for the price we paid. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. It’s directly across the street from some of the best outdoor sit-down restaurants, which made exploring and dining very convenient. Most importantly, the staff was the saving grace of this experience — especially the Spanish-speaking staff member, I believe his name was Pedro. He was kind, welcoming, gave excellent recommendations, made us feel safe during our stay, and even bonded with us over Luis Miguel music. His professionalism and warmth were the highlight of an otherwise frustrating experience. If it weren’t for Pedro and the great location, this would have been a complete disaster.

Our experience was terrible and we left after 2 nights. 1. The process of retrieving the key and entering the building was so complicated. We had to go through so many doors and figure out how to open each door. After flying for 10 hours, it seemed like an impossible task to manage. 2. No Airconditioner and no fans in the apartment. It was so hot and impossible to get any asleep. We asked for fans and they brought us 2 cheap fans. 3. Construction and scaffolding on the entire side of the building next to our windows. The smell of paint and banging on the walls started at 8 am to 5 pm. We couldn’t open our windows because there were men working outside our windows and we felt very unsafe! I can say more but I will stop here. We had booked the apartment for a week but left after 2 nights. We travel a lot and this was the worst experience we ever had. This apartment should have never been rented under these conditions.

This was perfect for us. The location is prime and close to a metro! It was a little tucked away so we slept seamlessly, but everything was literally right around the corner. I feel like this was a great choice, especially for our first time in Paris. Staff is super nice, and we had everything we needed. Our room was small (we are from America and everything is big there - haha!) but that’s how it is in Europe and this was perfectly suited for my husband and I.

Great location, on a very busy street. Clean and basic accommodation as expected in Paris.

Fabulously located in the heart of le Marais and between Bastille & St. Paul metro stations, the hotel offers boutique rooms with great views. Everything is close at hand, with bars, restaurants, markets and museums within a few minuites walk. The location is brilliant, and Bastille is a short, direct metro ride if travelling from the Eurostar at Gare du Nord. The rooms are spotless & quiet, beds comfortable, bathroom fabulous. The room has a fridge, tv, and hairdryer, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a marvellous stay and am keen to return as soon as possible. This hotel is excellent value for money
