Great hotel for a family, good value for what it was. We were very happy with it. The air con could have been better, but the room was spacious enough and quiet. You can ask for extra pillows at reception. There is an amazing boulangerie within 5 minutes walk. We would stay here again. 10 minutes walk to the Metro.

I went for breakfast in the morning but the lady that was serving had a very unpleasant behavior. She asked for my room number for Breakfast and when I gave her my room number, she return and said no breakfast for you in front of around 10 other people. This made me very uncomfortable and I even couldn't have breakfast. However I had paid for the breakfast and showed her the recipe and then she said ok. dignity and respect to the quests should be top priority for Hotels

This is a hostel. As long as you understand that there are no private bathrooms and no amenities, it is a cheap, safe place to stay. It is relatively close to several public transportation options.

Our stay in Paris was hugely disappointing. The room description on Hotels.com did not clearly state that the room for our family of three did not have a private attached bathroom and instead relied on shared bathroom facilities. The shower areas were extremely small, making it difficult to shower and change clothes comfortably. In addition, the shower facilities had a strong drainage odor, which was unpleasant throughout our stay. The lack of adequate air conditioning during the Paris heat wave made the experience even more uncomfortable and significantly affected our overall stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

The room itself was not bad, it did its job. The mattress was confortable the pillows were okay. The breakfast is worth it if you arrive before 8:30 because once the fruits are gone, there won't be more, so you can only eat bread and coffee, which if you consider the price, is still not bad. However, the Bathrooms were DISGUSTING to a level I cannot express. It was hot as a sauna, all the toilets were stinky, and all the showers full of hair and mold. I took a shower because I had to, but I honestly wanted to cry. DON'T forget your slippers or your sandals, believe me, you will not want to set a bare foot in that bathroom floor.

Amazing location for the hotel, however we stayed during the most recent heatwave in Paris. It was 34 degrees outside and the rooms have no air conditioning and no fans at all. Sleeping was a struggle.

Booked this hotel not realizing it was shared bathroom. It is kind of like a hostel. Did not use the amenities downstairs, and I thought breakfast was included. I need to read the fine print better next time. The room was sweltering hot with no air movement. The bathrooms were always being cleaned exactly when I went to use them. (8:30 am) It was quiet and an ok location for walking and train/ metro.

Air in the room was warmer than in the corridor. It was suffocating so wouldnt recommend that hotel during heat period. There were only three showers and toilets per gender for an entire floor : never managed in three days to see an available toilet. I understand the information mentionned did said the washroom and shower facilities were shared, but could have mentionned it was among 70-80 people.

SO SO warm and the bathrooms smelled awful. Beds were also not comfortable, and traffic from the window was very loud! We ended up switching hotels part of the way through our trip because we couldn’t do it anymore. Fairly clean and staff was helpful though! It’s about a 8 minute walk from the metro and is easy to get places, still a bit of a ways if you want to just go from stop to stop!

Air Cooling System as advertised on the Accor website wasn’t working for the entire building, maintenance didn’t come to fix it, entire night spent awake and sweating. Hotels.com have repeatedly tried to contact the hotel to no avail thus far regarding compensation. I got zero sleep on my second night and got a headache due to dehydration. Front desk informed me to at the hotel manager wasn’t coming in till 10am the next day a note was left at the front desk regarding my room and stay, hotels.com have been unable to contact them by phone thus far. I want my money back!!!! DO NOT BOOK
