Lovely room. Staff were very helpful

Noise from the hallways travels directly into your room. You can hear every step and conversation clearly. Everything with the hotel was great and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is the sound as we could hear every guest go up and down the stairs at all hours.

The staff was very helpful but the room was extremely small with bed which was not a queen bed as mentioned in the description. It was a double one. Window skylight was very dirty and the noise travelled very easily across. Breakfast was rooms.

Gem of a hotel in Cannes! It is the prettiest boutique hotel by far and the rooms are really charming. The front desk manager Ronaldo is so precious. He went out of his way to help me with everything. Really impressed with the service. I felt like I was family by the end of 3 nights. Highly recommend it

The loveliest front desk lady was so thorough explaining everything about the hotel and the area. The hotel itself is a private villa with spacious, clean and stylish rooms and excellent amenities. Very safe, quiet and if you are lucky, you can get one of the 2 parking spaces just outside of the hotel. Within walkable distance to the center, which is a huge plus.

Friendly staff, gorgeous hotel. Close to public transportation. Beautiful garden. But if you book the garden room you are facing the train and street and can hear it. Other guests shuts their door loudly at night so if you are a light sleeper they will wake you up. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is really accommodating and my room was super clean and cozy. I was able to walk to the main area of Cannes and they have a garden area, which is perfect for a chill day. Thank you all for a great stay:)

Great nice place a few mins from the train station, shops and beach. Stayed for a week and hospitality, cleanliness and comfort were fantastic and great value for money! Good communication with the staff mentioning how to catch a ferry to the Man in Iron Mask island as well as mentioning key events with the film festival and Monaco GP during my stay. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing trip and our hotel was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean, spacious, and excellent location to walk to the beach, shopping or restaurants. We were treated extremely well and cared for. Will recommend!

This hotel is probably a good value for Cannes. It's somewhat convenient, being within about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and about 5 minutes from the main walking street. Cannes is a relatively small town, so everything is reasonably close. The owner is nice man who doesn't really speak English. The hotel is multi-storied and there is no elevator. I had a very heavy suitcase and the owner carried it upstairs. I was not too happy about the security situation, as the owner wants you to leave the room key at the front desk in plain view of everyone in the hotel. So everyone knows when you are not in the room. Moreover, the front desk is not always attended, although it does have a security camera. The room does have a safe, but the combination is the same for everyone at the hotel. Which means it offers no protection from hotel guests, all of whom knows what guest is in away from there room. The owner insists it's no problem, and to be fair, the entry way into the courtyard and door of the hotel, which is closed after 11 pm is secured by a lock that only guests have a combination to. All this being said, I had no problems with security while I was there. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast in a charing courtyard at a reasonable price.

Beautiful place within walking distance to everything in Cannes. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the air conditioning worked well. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. A great deal of care obviously ones into the running of this establishment. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable. Shame we didn't have a window in our room though.
