LOGIS Hôtel Saint-Martin

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were not super clean, very dusty. We were lucky that the air conditioning was adequate in our room, our friends that we travelled with were not so lucky.

Great location in the center, but the reception lobby and rooms are all a little dated. I was expecting something nicer and larger for the price. I guess you’re paying for the location, even though you must park 5 minutes away and walk in. We did not know we had a room on the 3rd floor with a tiny spiral staircase, and brought our rolling luggage. If we’d known, we would have brought a smaller overnight bag. Breakfast was good and there was air conditioning! A God-send in the extremely hot weather.

No coffee or tea making facilities. No complimentary water either.

Amazing location right in the heart of Colmar, friendly staff. We stayed in the Rose suite underground with the hot tub. It was a really unique room. Tons of food and drink options steps away.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. Despite the crowds outside, our room was surprisingly quiet. Very nice double room with three french doors leading to Juliet balcony with view of pretty courtyard. Towels need to be upgraded & coffee tray should be replenished daily. Excellent ice cream two doors down and everything you could want right outside. Overall a very nice stay!

This was a perfect hotel for a one- night stay. We were able to stow our luggage before check in and after check out before we left Colmar. Our room was large and overlooked the street, which I loved. There are a few different sitting areas / a terrace that was a lovely wind down spot before retiring all staff we met were very friendly

Great old school hotel centrally located and reasonably priced. Super friendly staff we always happy to help. The breakfast is excellent.

La ubicación es perfecta. El cuarto es súper básico, práctico, baño limpio y A/C que el calor está fuertísimo. La señal de internet es lenta pero funciona, todo el lugar tiene deficiencia con el internet, así que funciona para desconectarse. El hotel funciona muy bien para quedarse en el casco antiguo. La antencion del personal es maravillosa, recomendaciones, guías e idiomas variados.

Worst hotel! Terrible stairs, old, no air conditioning. Would never stay again!

Room was clean, but the AC did not work well and it was a bit warm. It may be due to the fact of the way the window spaced and just had a lot of heat coming in and hard to keep the place acclimated properly. We had two twin beds, which is common made into one large King for my husband, and I but because the beds were not on coasters, the beds continue to separate Other than that, the place was nice. Excellent location off the main street which is fun to see the activity but a little noisy if you have Window spacing the main street.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is excellent

We could not turn on the AC and the temperature was 80 F. They told a not very convincing reason, some government stuff. Disappointed either way it, the rest was good.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Colmar. Perfect for exploring the old town.

Great room with windows to most of the foot traffic right on the fairytale intersection. We are right in the heart of the restaurants with patio seating everywhere serving pretzels to Michelin rated fare.

The location was excellent. And the room was beautiful and in keeping with the period.

Quaint and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Even though we had one of the nicer rooms, family room I think, we were quite disappointed. April 12, it was hot and no air conditioning, if we opened the windows onion and fried food smells. The neighborhood was loud and dense, no fun. House keeping was very noisy and the floors still felt dirty. The rooms had little sound protection. It felt like a fire trap.breakfast was barely ok, and the lady who checked us in had an attitude when I needed the safe opened. She said she’d be up in 5 minutes, I went to remind her I. 20 and she was scrolling on her phone but made sure I knew she was so busy and felt put out.. so I would not book this place again, I would not dine in the neighborhood again. Alternatives that I would consider would be the MGallery that’s in the park, not much more money.

This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!!
